I have combination skin, so sometimes im very dry on my face other times very oily...I have tried using Mac foundations and they all make me breakout. Ive also tried clinique foundations aswell as some cheaper ones..My current foundation was causing some problems with my skin so i thought i would buy another and see how my skin reacted to it. I chose Revlon Photoready liquid foudation. I LOVE this foundation...ive heard mixed reviews on it, but as for me i Love it, i think i might even buy all the colors so i can use it on my clients..its not to thick, its easy to blend and build for either light or full coverage. It does have a bit of shimmer to it, but not anything to overpowering. I set it with a matte powder foundation and you cant even tell it has shimmer in it, it just looks like your skin it glowing. Its packaging is really good too, its a pump and its really easy to control how much product comes out..Overall im definitaly purchasing more of this product :)

Between the glow/shimmer of the foundation and the orange-ification I experienced during the day, I couldn't find a food color match to begin with. I thought this would be a good substitute for MUFE HD and was wrong, wrong, wrong! PhotoReady sparkles and settled into my pores by mid-morning. After trying it with a few different primers and applicators and getting the same disappointing result, I gave up and took my bottles back to CVS.

I guess the bottom line on this is that I wouldn't buy this foundation again. I've been using it for a couple months but the first time I used it I noticed it kind of sinks into my pores making them a lot more noticable (which my old foundation, Maybelline Dream Liquid Foundation didn't do). Also, it gives you a dewy finish which I knew of when I bought it, but it was a bit TOO dewy and it made my face look oily. The thing I like about this product though is the packaging. The overall look is really nice (looks expensive) and the pump is great, it makes things so much easier. That's something Revlon Colorstay doesn't have right now, but I heard they're gonna start making them with pumps soon! (: So anyways I'm gonna try Colorstay and see if that one works better than PhotoReady since I've read really good reviews about it.

For me, the product was not bad. It didn't look cakey, but it gave my skin a really wierd feeling lol. For the record though, it sort of held up to its promise, to make you look good in any light. I like the pump on it, helps to control the portion really well. I suppose i would buy this again..unless I find a better one..

I have combo skin that gets oily on the t-zone, acne-prone and i bought this foundation because it said it gave complete coverage and was oil-free.
This foundation broke me out, and gave me the worst acne i've ever had. Also, made my face look really shiny after a while. Having said this, i reccomend this foundation for people with dryer, or normal skin because it does give a really nice, airbrushed dewy sheen to your skin. Coverage is great and really flexible, can be sheer to medium to full. Builds coverage really well and also would work great as a tinted moisturizer mixed with your favourite moisturizer. Can be applied easily with fingers or brush, or sponge.
I would suggest using this as a 'specail occasion' foundation because it has alot of chemicals in it that give it that airbrushed, photo-ready look and it's concerning having all those chemicals on your skin, especially since it broke me out so much. Also wise to use the photo-ready powder over top, even just on the t-zone.

I bought this product yesterday because I had heard good things about it and it was half-price at the local drugstore (deal!) . This is the first foundation I had bought for myself (I had been using my mom's old stuff.) I got it in Ivory, the palest color. I do not have the palest skin and this worked on me, so if you're really pale, I would skip on this. Anyways, I tried it this morning and at first I was surprised by how thick it was. It had a much more heavy coverage than the other products I had tried. However, I loved the way it looked when it was on. My uneven, slightly acne-spotted skin looked beautiful and glowy. I failed to notice any of the shimmer that other people have pointed out, but once the mascara was on my face and and there was some residue on the back of my hand, I tilted it in the light and it had a little bit of a pearly sheen to it, but in a really pretty way. Overall I was quite impressed by everything about this. It seems to have lasted throughout today, and I am very happy with it. I recommend it to anyone who wants a non-matte but heavy coverage foundation. The only problem was that I felt slightly cakey at first, but that got better as it dried on my face some.

I'm really surprised not many people would buy this product again.
I have combination skin; oily on my forehead, nose, and cheeks, dry around the mouth.
My skin is in fairly good condition. I do not have acne, only breaking out about once a month. However I have uneven skin tone. I've always been nervous about trying out foundations.
Up until now, I've stuck with MAC foundation (even though it isnt good to use it every day on your skin!) Because of that I decided it was time to try something new.
I'm NC30 and bought PR in 004 Nude. It blended very well. It doesnt provide matte coverage; in fact, the first application seems really light (though I have read that you can evenly build it so there is more coverage).
Anyway, it went on nicely. Felt kinda more like a tinted mosturizer almost, but with a bit more coverage.
The reason why I bought this foundation is because its "PhotoReady" - and yesterday I was going to be subjected to taking LOTS of photos.
I just got them sent to me - and my skin looks AMAZING.
You can't even tell I'm wearing foundation. It looks clear, glowing and hides my freckles, redness and dark patches.
It's cheap and I would definitely buy this again. I had absolutely no problems with it.

Dewy glow, doesn't break me out, covers very nicely, I do not need undereye concealer with it and the shade Golden Beige matches me perfectly! (MAC NC40-42) I apply it with MAC's 187 and <3 it. continued >>

I love this product!! The coverage is amazing!! For people with medium-fair-ish skin or darker, this is for you! A few months ago my face broke out like crazy. I needed a foundation to cover up my flaws while it heal, and I was low on cash. I picked up this product because the commercial totally convinced me. I mean c`mon, flawless looking skin IN ANY LIGHT? I was sold! I purchased it, tried it on as soon as I got home. The results are amazing. Just effin' amazing. My face recovered a week later, but I never stopped using this, just because it DID MADE MY FACE LOOK FLAWLESS..in ANY LIGHT.
