I tried this out after using Clinique's 3 step regime, but couldn't afford to keep up with it. I was surprised at how good this was and how well it suited me because I have acne rosacea. It definitely cleared up my acne and hasn't caused any redness or irritation. Its not drying for a spot treatment and I can use it everyday twice a day without any tightness or stinging. I've stopped using for a few days once or twice out of laziness and broke out. I started using it again and it cleared up after a couple of days. It really works for me! I use it after I take my make up off with a cleanser and I don't use the toner, but it still does a great job. Very happy with this product :)

Great all natural face wash, it really cleansed my skin without leaving it tight from drying it out. The tea tree oil in it really helped heal my pimples, and helped with redness. I have already repurchased it.
The best things about this product are that it is easy to dispense, not too expensive and the tea-tree oil smell isn't overpowering. Unfortunately, it made my skin (quite oily and acne-prone) extremely dry immediately after use; having stripped out all the oil, my face was consequently much greasier than usual by the end of the day. The product didn’t seem to make my spots worse but I didn’t notice any improvement either and it certainly made my skin feel horribly greasy by the afternoon. I think this product is simply much too harsh for most skin types.
Lovely face wash if your face is already clear. Unfortunately it did not help my acne proned skin :/ However I did love the way it felt and smelled. Great product. Just not for me.
I have been using the foaming face wash, toner and lotion for about a week now and I LOVE it! For those of you who have problems with the packaging I suggest you look for the foaming face wash, it is in a pump bottle and comes out foamy already. I tend to have pretty oily skin and esspecially the lotion works wonders. I found the price very affordable, I am a Canadian student, so I have a spc (student price card) so I automatically get 15% off! The sent was a bit off putting and strong at first because my other washes are not like that at all, but after about the third day I got used to it and now I love the sent! Over all great product if you have oily or combo skin, if you have fairly dry or sensitive skin i would look for another product because this one is ment to absorbe extra moisture. My favorite part of this product is itdoes a great job of combating my shiny fore head with out a tonne of powder!
This is an excellent face wash for acne prone skins which I have. It really helps to reduce the size of the acne as well as prevent future breakout. It cleared my skin of all blemishes in a week! Very refreshing and soothing. I just wish they had it in pumps. Compared to other Body Shop face washes, this is quite cheap too. I will definitely buy again, it's a very good value.
I bought this product because I had come across many good reviews on it (damn youtube! xD), hoping it would help my oily blemished skin. I was quite surprised at the tiny usage amount required (a fingertips worth) however after a month of using it religiously as a day and night facial wash, I have found that it has done nothing to reduce my breakouts, nor has it made me break out further. Though my previous blemishes have started fading, more has taken its place. =="
Aside from it's lack of reducing and preventing blemishes, I have come to really like the clean minty smell! I also like that it removes the excess oil from my t-zone and cheeks. I am returning to using my beloved St.Ives Scrub and am going to use the rest of this product as a make-up remover.
Overall, this product does NOT reduce or prevent my blemishes, however it does get rid of excess oil.

What people need to understand about this product is that it is not an acne or blemish fighter. The tea tree helps to calm and soothe your skin, it's not SUPPOSED to get rid of acne, and people who imagine that cleansers and face washes are the treatment to blemishes then they are highly mistaken and naive. What this product does is to prevent future blemishes from occurring which it does a decent job of and doesn't necessarily help to combat bacteria. The best part about this is the cooling sensation which is ideal for people living in hot climates. I dont reccomend this for dry or sensitive skin, only for oily, combination and acne prone skin.
I didn't like this, not one bit of it.
After washing your face, my skin feels terribly tight (due to the sodium laureth sulfate) and it didn't help with my acne, I've used it two weeks, and saw no results; my skin was not better, but not worse either. Though my skin is sensitive, I definately don't recommend this to people with normal skin, because it's really, far too drying.
I bought the whole range and used it for 5 months .. the only thing Good is price and availability ,but the products are full of harsh chemicals .. it dried my skin really bad without really taking care of blemishes or oiliness. AVOID.. but hey some people may like it .. depending on the skin type. If you have acne or oily skin, I would really suggest using an all natural product. It has helped me really well .. teens for example can use the green people oy! range , or many companies with similar products. Just look around
