I had heard about Laura Mercier before and wanted to buy it, but since I live in Australia the only place I can get it charges USD95, which is ridiculous for 100ml of tinted moisturiser.

On my recent trip to the USA I found it sells in Sephora for USD42, so with it half price I decided to give it a go.

I love this moisturiser so much! I apply about a small pea-sized amount to my entire face and it just sinks in and gives me a dewy glow. I then brush Bare Escentuals original SPF20 (I am paranoid about sunburn and wrinkles!) all over my face with my kabuki brush. It stays perfect all day and I feel like I'm wearing nothing.

I have clear, smooth skin so maybe that's why I love it so much, I am not using for the coverage, more for the sun protection and moisturising. I don't think it would be very effective for a girl who had really uneven skin tone or scars.

I use this in the summer because in the south, any time after March your make up will slide right off your face. I like how this is moisturizing, but it stays put all day (I don't typically use a primer but I do use a moisturizer). Sometimes I set this with a mineral powder on top, but not always. I like the color, it matched my skin perfectly all summer no matter how tan I got.

This is a tinted moisturizer so by design it is not meant to be full coverage. If you are looking for full coverage you will be disappointed with this product or any other TMs.

I really like this and considering how huge the tube is I think it is definitely worth the money.

I will absolutely re-purchase.

I have both the regular and this one and I prefer this one because it's lighter! I have very dry skin so I still have to moisturize before hand but it keeps my skin looking nice and alive all day long. The coverage is more of a foundation coverage to me! It's medium coverage and for me (Don't have problem areas) it does more than it needs too! idk why it has low ratings on here because it's truly amazing, but I don;t like the packaging because you can never tell how much is left...

For everyday makeup, I am a tinted moisturizer girl. My two favorites were both from Smashbox (one is discontinued), but I wanted to try something new and gave into the hype of Laura Mercier. I have combination skin, and though I lean towards oily, if I wear no makeup, my face is pretty normal by the end of the day. My biggest gripe with this TM is that it makes my face pretty greasy by the end of the day (I blot with powder after applying the TM as well). I don't generally have this problem with other foundations or TMs so that's a major bummer. I found that the colors are pretty forgiving because I found a couple shades that work for me. I know others mentioned oxidation, but perhaps it's just the mix of the TM w/my natural oils, it doesn't oxidize on me at all. The coverage is fine for a TM and generally does a good job of evening out the skin tone, although dark discoloration will definitely still show through. I think the TM does a good job of giving a clean look to the face while providing minimal coverage. I found that with this TM, I have to use a lot more product than with previous TMs that I've tried to get the same coverage (pea sized amount from Smashbox; need almost double with this TM). LM gives a good amount of product (more than the standard 1 fl oz of most foundations), but is still pretty pricey.

I wouldn't recommend anyone with oily skin to get this. It oxidizes and oils up within 2 hours even after I've set it with powder. Not worth the $68 dollars. Coverage wise its light to medium, if you have a lot of acne scarring like i do, its not gonna cover up your scars. You need to pat on your concealer. However, this tinted moisturizer is good for people that already have good skin and want to look slightly enhanced(Even out your skintone) But personally, I will not repurchase this product again

I return to this gem time and time again.

This is my HG tinted moisturizer. I've tried the several different brands (Stila, Nars and Tarte), yet I always come back to this one. It's moisturizing and has a dewy finish. I also like the fact that you can build the coverage. I use the LM powder foundation to complete the flawless face and I'm ery satisfied with the finish. I use the "Nude" shade and it matches the tone of my skin perfectly.

Idk why I love this so much. I have the shade Nude and I am about a NC25 in Mac. I just love the way it makes my skin feel when applying it. However, it doesn't provide much coverage and oil control, but i think I would repurchase again because of how it makes my skin feel.

I work in the cosmetics department at a Macy's and am a makeup junkie. I am always trying and testing things out to see what is a good product and what is not. I bought this product because many were recommending it so I gave it a try. I like the sheer coverage that it gives because I can always put powder over it or foundation and look good. The problem with this product is that it is thick and kind of hard to spread it and blend it in with your hands. So I use a brush to blend it in, it is not drying at all but do not feel it is the best one yet.

I was using Nude shade. The SA thought that Nude is good enough for me and promised it wont oxidise. But it did, terribly :( sucks, and I bought a whole tube. .......................................waste of money.

love it!
its lightweight and feels amazing once applied
one thing that annoys me is that its not as easy to apply as i thought it would be
it feels a bit thick at time of application but dont worry itll feel and look so natural after that
covers pretty well for a tinted moisturizer
i also use this while exercising and it stays put so thats great
i will repurchase

** To fix the problem of its thick consistency i add a bit more moisturizer or use a makeup sponge for application, works amazingly **
