I got a bottle of this with my Naked Palette and was not disappointed. Prior to this, I didn't really see the point in primers.
With that said, I have very oily lids and this has given my eyeshadow great staying power, with no creasing and it makes such a difference with eyeshadow pigmentation when used with this primer, since I have olive skin. I also use it under the eye with my concealer to brighten slightly, and more importantly because I get so oily under the eye usually and end up with racoon eyes, so this helps with the oil control and makes the area more matt, which increases the staying power of my lower eyeliner significantly.
The bottle is perfect size, a little goes a long way and it'll last me a long time, so I can't really complain about the price since I know I'll get a lot of use out of it.
Definitely worth the money! If you're sat on the fence, or have been umming and ahhing over this product for a while, take the plunge and you won't regret it.

I get on very well with this prouduct. It came free with the Naked palette and since then I have repurchased a full size bottle. I have always had a problem with eyeshadow wearing off during the day or the colour fading but since using this, it has stayed on for the same amount of time as any foundations or mascara which is great.
Pros:
Pigmentation
Packaging – travel friendly
Texture - silky and blends easily
Longevity
Cons:
Price - must think of it as an investment
Alright, I'm not doing a review from my point of view. I have dry eyelids so this product is not marketed towards me. On my eyelids, it's actually uncomfortable - makes my eyes itchy and tight. No matter how much I put on, this primer makes my eyelids feel uncomfortable. I really wish I could wear the primer in "Sin" because that color is unbelievably gorgeous on the eyes (I'll just have to settle with the eyeshadow in the same shade).
BUT, again, this review is not from my point of view. Both my mother and sister use Urban Decay's Primer Potion. Both have the original and my mother as the color "Sin" too. They both have oily eyelids and have struggled to keep their eyeshadow creasing to a minimum. This product has been a lifesaver for my mother and she's told me that it'll remain a staple in her makeup collection forever. She uses it everyday. Her eyeshadow doesn't crease and the pigmentation is noticeably increased. She also mixes a little bit of the primer with her under eye concealer and her concealer doesn't budge after that. She ranks it 5/5 and will continue to purchase.
Now my sister has different story with this primer. She has extremely oily eyelids and has little lid space. She hates when she applies eyeshadow and it creases big time in only 20 minutes. Her eyeshadow does still crease with this primer, but she has about 3-4 good hours before her oil breaks down the primer. That's significant for her but she would still like greater longevity given the price tag of this primer. She doesn't care for the bottle design at all. She always uses the primer before applying her eye makeup but she is still searching for a primer that will give her at least 6 hours of wear use. She ranks it 3/5 and would buy it again if she can't find a better eye primer.

My HG eye primer! I have this in the bottle, and professional tube. I also have Greed and Sin in the bottle. It is perfect. :)
My eyeshadows used to crease all the time, so I decided to invest in this primer as I had heard loads of good comments on it. I was not disappointed! It keeps my eyeshadow in place flawlessly. It's not too pricey either, so I would definitely have to say this is a must in every makeup collection.

I've been using MAC paint pot in Bare Study but ran put of that and went into Ulta to look for something different. I was about to get this UD primer potion and the makeup artist in there talked me into putting it back and getting Benefit's Stay Don't Stray instead. Big mistake, it was horrible! I took it back and exchanged for this and it's GREAT! Even better than the Bare Study paint pot because there's no shimmer. Love it, stays in place until I wash off my eyeshadow! And it's $20 for a pretty big tube, doesn't take much to apply so I would expect it to last for quite a while. If your looking for a eyeshadow primer, try this one!

I was so excited to try this when I first got this... Unfortunately this creases on me quite quickly! I'm actually wearing this today and it's been 3 hours since I applied my eye makeup and it has creased noticeably. However, I have very oily lids and I have found nothing yet to keep my eyeshadow in place all day so I guess this, too, was expected.
This product is perfect. I've been living on samples from UD Palettes for MONTHS and finally went and actually paid for a tube today. Money well spent! This stuff keeps my shadow on all day, without creasing or drying out my skin. A little goes a long way, so this is going to last forever. Will repurchase until the end of time!

I really like this primer!
I love how it's a base and also a primer
I've tried the benefit stay dont stray and it dried out my eyes
I also used the chanel base and didn't like it neither!
I love how UDPP is sooo creamy and light!
If you dont put too much it doesn't dry out your eyes and neither does it crease
It helps make my eyeshadow and eyeliner (top and bottom) last all day, neither does it smudge
There was once where i put too much of this product and my eyes looked dry and creased, so you only need a little amount
Little goes a long way!
