This lip balm is excellent. It is very hard and this does make it a little difficult to work with, but the results are well worth it.Not only does it moisturize my lips, but I found that it makes my lipstick last much longer, and when it does wear off, it leaves behind a "stain"-almost like the balm "holds onto" the color. Amazing product

This is a great lip balm, especially for dry lips. It makes my lips soft and smooth immediately without feeling greasy. I love how nicely it absorbs. It's a little bit hard to get it out of the pot unless it's humid or warm out which makes its soften quite a bit.
This is a great lip balm! It's kind of solid so you have to dig your finger into the pot, but I don't mind at all! The smell is wonderful and it does wonders for my chapped lips!
Love this lip balm. Nothing special, just a concoction of cocoa butter, shea butter, some essential oil and synthetic preservatives, but it does wonder on chapped lips. The pot is not the most practical packaging, esp. with the hard texture of cocoa butter (for texture, think of chocolate chip, the ones you made for cookies, somewhat softened, but not soft enough to spread over your lips. It takes quite a bit of rubbing). But it taste like an orange and it makes a nice cuticle balm as well. Not bad, overall.
This is probably the most moisturizing lipbalm I have ever had! Unlike most pot lip balms, this isn't waxy. More like lotion. And it lasts! I have very sensitive skin, and most lipbalms either don't last very long, or burn when I apply it. This is neither. If you've been trying to find the best lip treatment out there, this is it!!!
This stuff is brilliant! Had a reaction to a red Lipsmacker which completely dried out my top lip and this stuff was like magic on it! It's sooo smooth, smells wonderful (tangerine & apricot, oh my!) is super moisturising & doesn't cost the earth either! AND, it lasts! No problems at all with this product, I love it to pieces :)
Being the lipgloss junkie that I am, I told myself to wait until I finish everything I already have before trying Lush's lip treatments, but I broke down the other week and bought Lip Service. Just so irrestistable.
There is something about the scent that I absolutely love. It smells rather fruity, but with an undertone of cocoa butter in there.
To apply Lip Service, scraping some off with the back of your nail is the best way, especially if your nails are on the longer side. It goes on very well, though. I don't have to constantly reapply it throughout the day because it does its job well. It gives a nice sheen too, and maybe it's just me, but it makes my lips look fuller, as if I've applied a plumper.
What can I say apart from goodbye dry lips!! This moisturises extremly well. Although it can be hard to get it out from the pot, the cocobutter just melts onto your lips upon application.
Works really well for cuticles also and dry elbows and knees!
This has saved me from the drudgery that is constant re-application of lip blam. I've tried L'Occitane's 100% shea butter, Carmex, Blistex amongst others, and although they make my lips feel great immediately after application, this feeling would disappear without fail after at most 2 hours and my lips would start to crack if I don't reapply. In contrast, this continues to work for hours after application. I agree that the hard texture feels a bit odd initially, but it does melt as soon as it's applied.
I just bought this lip balm two days ago after reading the reviews here and am so impressed with it. I have VERY dry, constantly flaky lips, and nothing else has every worked - until this. It has a slight orangey scent - subtle, but very yummy. Because of its hard texture, it's easiest to scratch a bit out with the tip of your nail, and then just smooth/roll it on your lips till it melts. Takes a few times to get used to but totally worth it because it makes your lips sooo soft! It's kinda pricy for a lip balm (@ $9 CAD) but it's a big pot and will last awhile. Love that LUSH tries to use as many natural ingredients as possible as I definitely feel *safer* using this many times throughout the day.
