This was my first liquid foundation that I ever purchased. I feel like I got really lucky starting with this one and then branching out to find other foundations that I like or don't like. I always compare them to this one... maybe this is my HG?!?
This foundation gives you a nice dewy finish and offers light to medium coverage, and is buildable. I love the feeling of this foundation on my skin, it has a runny constancy and blends really nicely into the skin. I have experienced no to ver minimal breakouts because of this foundation. I actually use this foundation as a "break for my skin" when it gets slightly inflamed. This foundation range has more pink toned shades, which isn't a problem for me, but might be for some others.
Overall, I love this foundation. I continue to come back to it after I try a new foundation and it fails (which seems to always be the case). So this is always in my makeup drawer and makes an excellent everyday foundation. continued >>

I keep coming back to this after trying all sorts of others, from mineral to color match. I like how my skin feels, the coverage is nice, and it doesn't break me out! And I think that my skin gets better from using it! Love it!
I have acne prone skin I usually break out a lot and it was always hard for me to find a makeup that wouldn't break me out even more. I tried neutrogena healthy skin and I loved it!!!! It helped me out a lot not only did it cover up my blemishes but it helped making sure I didn't break out anymore. I love the feel it has to it it's not so heavy on my skin and it looks natural. I'm not saying it'll make your acne disappear but it really helped me on mine now I hardly break out I just love it!! The packaging is the one thing I don't like about it but overall I would buy it again!

Love the coverage of this product! So happy it didnt break me out! Not a huge fan of the packaging. I would much rather have a pump... The only reason why I would not repurchase is that I found the undertone of the foundation to be..kind of reddish? It didnt look all that natural. But for those with pinkish undertones, a great buy!

I've struggled with acne for a long time and I could never find a foundation that covered up my breakouts and didn't make them worse.. from cover fx to bare minerals none of them worked until I tried Neutrogena's Healthy Skin. I absolutely love it it doesn't make your skin feel gross in sticky and it covers up all your blemishes perfectly. I've been using it for about a month and so far I haven't broke out at all. The only downside it the packaging is a bit inconvenient, you have to pour the foundation onto your hand or a surface before applying it to your face and it can get a bit messy. All in all I love this foundation and would buy it again for sure. :)

I love the finish of this foundation. I have very dry skin and this gives me a bit of a glow! The coverage is also great for me. My only problem is the lightest shade, classic ivory, is too dark and too yellow for me.
I heard many good things about this foundation and I was excited to try it as I've been using MAC Pro Longwear for the last few months, and was looking for something to use in between bottles. My old favorite was Revlon Colorstay but I was looking for something different at the drugstore. After many suggested Neutrogena Healthy Skin to me, I bought it.
When I first applied the foundation, it felt amazing. It felt light on my skin and blended effortlessly. I then powdered with my usual Maybelline Dream Matte Powder and a few mists of Urban Decay De-Slick.
Fast forward two hours. I can literally feel the oil pooling in my T-zone, and after a glance in the mirror at work, I can see the foundation separating from my skin because of the oil seeping through.
If I even dared to lightly touch my face, I would see foundation on my fingers. It was like the foundation was just SLIPPING off my face, and I was sitting at a perfectly comfortable cubicle at work with air conditioning!
I think this foundation would work better for those with dry skin. As for me, it's going to the back of my medicine cabinet.

.....Usually I'm a mac. mufe.or nars girl and nars sheer glow has been my love for three years now but I heard of this cheaper alternative and eww this didn't qwork I have always had clear skin but one week after using this I look like a pizza face and I usually have pretty dry skin but this made it oily....the only good thing is the look of the finish the feel is tacky
As "rebeccaaxoh", I'm surprised this is getting so many negative reviews, as well.
I really like this foundation. I, too, decided to try this from all the girls talking about it on youtube. I've just started using this about 4 months ago when I started getting a tan because it's hard to find a warm tone in Colorstay for me in a tan for the summer. (It lasts me about 2-3 months so because of that, the price doesn't bother me and I've bought it twice so far.) So I tried this and I fell in love instantly. It stays quite a long time, a lot better than other people have been saying (with a powder). I have very mild acne and some past acne scars and this covers them very well. (I have Combination/Oily skin) I don't use a lot just enough to even out my skin then a powder on top. It's not cakey either! A foundation that doesn't get cakey on a girl with or without building it up, is her best friend! And this foundation gives you the prettiest look, a bit dewy but the healthy dewy and not oily kinda dewy. I don't use concealer with this, just under my eyes as well.
But I would buy this again, and again and again and again. I love this foundation and there's quite a bit of yellow tones! Which is a plus for me. I'm shade 110 Honey Beige and it looks airbrushed applied with the Flat Top Powder brush by ELF.

Allow me to begin by saying: would it kill Neutrogena to add a pump to the bottle? Open-mouth jars just seems to unsanitary to me, and there's always an inevitable waste of product. It's also difficult to control exactly how much product you get out. As for the foundation itself, it's okay, but certainly not the best drugstore formula I've used. It's got medium coverage, but isn't what I'd call buildable- so if you're someone that struggles with acne or other major blemishes, this probably isn't for you. The finish is on the dewey side, which I prefer, but it can lean towards greasy if too much is applied. My best application for this foundation is by patting a thin layer onto the skin with fingertips. Overall, am I completely impressed? Not for the $12 I paid for it, no. If it were priced more reasonably, then perhaps, but I think I'll take my foundation search elsewhere.
