GREAT PRODUCT LOVE IT! works great and so fast to remove eye makeup, be sure not to use this on your face but only around the eye area, THIS PRODUCT IS OIL BASED. but it works so well. Lancome has some very very great products.

I suppose I'm in two minds about this makeup remover. On the one hand, it works and doesn't sting my eyes. On the other, there are other makeup removers that work just as well that I can buy straight from the supermarket or chemist. Bi-Facil is the first makeup remover I used when I started wearing eye makeup and I usually have some in my bathroom. I used to love it and think it was the best makeup remover out there. It removes everything perfectly well but it isn't so amazing on all of my waterproof mascaras. It gets rid of it all eventually but I don't like pulling at all. I mean, it's never actually a problem as everything gets removed once I cleanse anyway but I just don't feel like this is the be-all-and-end-all of makeup removers. The L'Oreal Gentle Eye Makeup Remover does just as good a job. The only thing that I think Bi-Facil does better than cheaper versions is that it never stings and that the oils actually feel nourishing rather than greasy. It's for that reason that I keep buying it but I never rush to replace it when I run out.

So, while this is a perfectly decent makeup remover and I am giving it a good review, it really isn't as amazing as it's cracked up to be.

Removes all eye makeup very nicely. Does not sting my eyes or skin at all, very good for sensitive skin. I don't find this to be oily, and a little removes quite a bit. Also no residue left behind. No complaints :)

I have really dry skin around the eye area and this remover is great. I seem to always receive free samples so have never actually brought the full size bottle which is even better!

Been really fond of this remover ever since I got as gwp and went on to buy the full sized product. Removes everything including waterproof eyeliner and mascara quite well. No cons in terms of the product but I don't quite like the child-prod cap (not a big deal, just me) it is an awesome product but I think there are less expensive alternatives out there.

Prior to this I used a Korean makeup remover Skinfood milkshake point makeup remover. I stopped using Skinfood b/c I ran out and also realized that it contained parabens. So far the Skinfood remover was the best remover I've used for my eye mu for such a low price (around $6ish dollars when purchased in Korea).

I decided to get lancome after reading good reviews about it effectively removing waterproof mu.

Consistancy: This is divided into 2 layers when it isn't shaken. You must shake it well in order for it to be fully mixed. The texture is watery with a hint of oil. A little on the q-tip goes a long way (i usually dip a side and remove one of my eyes and dip the other for the other eye, which it removes effectively).

For those who use liquidlast or any super hard-to-remove liners this is the remover that removes it! When I have e/s on, it takes me 1 swipe cross my lips to remove all of the shadow. This is with a penny-sized drop on the cotton pad.

Overall I think that this remover is well worth the investment.

Can't live without makeup remover. I will not use anything else on my eyes & usually they can be pretty sensitive. Don't love the price but it is 100% worth it. continued >>
