I really like the effect on my lashes, it provides volume and hold my curl very good (I curl my lashes with a spoon) and everyithing would be perfect but this mascara has one epic fail... It flakes and smudge big time. I use it anyway, because also I feel that it conditions and stop my lashes from falling out, but I have to be very careful to blot the smudged mascara frecuently. It's embarrasing when people at work notice the smudged mascara and lets me know.
Anyway, I like it to give my lashes a break from water and smudgeproof mascaras that are too hard to remove at night.
If you use this, stay away from water, humid and hot weather, its just not worth it. But I think is okay to use this to go to the office if you have good air conditioning system and if you are used to carry makeup wipes in your purse. Otherwise, AVOID.

I bought this mascara because I ran out of mine, and I wanted something cheap, and cruelty free. This was only $7, and it came with a package of makeup remover wipes as a bonus, so I got it.
PROS:
I really like how this mascara doesn't make lashes lumpy.They feel nice and flexible.
It gives a lot of length to the lashes.
CONS:
Doesn't hold a curl at all.
It isn't volumizing - I can understand why it might not be that volumizing since it is meant for length, but my lashes just look straight and super long.
It smudges kind of easily
The brush is massive and not very easy to work with.

This mascara really isn't good unless you want something natural looking, and lengthening.

I was excited to try this mascara because it was new and I loved there lengthening mascara so much. And upon my first application, I WAS excited because it performed so well, just like the lengthening mascara!! It held my curl, lengthened, volumized a little bit, and the color was so black.
BUT.
Then it started to smudge really badly.
I mean terribly.
This is the first mascara I've used that I've encountered so much smudging in. I was so disappointed. And it doesn't help at all that I have oily skin and I live in the south D=

My aunt bought me this as a gift for my birthday in August, and I have been using it ever since. It takes a lot of wobbling and turning to put it on properly and to get that "thick & long" look, approximately 2 minutes (which is a long time for me since I'm impatient) BUT the results turn out to be pretty darn good. As for the 'grow' segment, I have noticed that my lashes have gotten longer. It's not something that happens overnight or even in a short period of time, but considering how short my lashes were in June (especially my bottom lashes which were almost invisible), I've noticed a HUGE improvement. It doesn't have a low viscosity, but it isn't too thick either. Not the best mascara in the world, but for now, I can't go a day without it. continued >>

I hate it. I did 3 coats, and it looks like I am not wearing mascara at all. I got it on sale for 4.99 and it is not even worth that. It doesn't do anything for my lashes, and I will never repurchase.

This mascara is just awful! I have never in my life had a problem with mascara flaking on me. And I have tried mascaras from all ends of the price spectrum. But this? It flakes like crazy! And when it gets in my eye it burns like heck! Not only that, the texture is so funky and it annoys the heck out of me. It is just too dry for my lashes. I tried many methods of getting this to work, but it never did. This one goes in the trash, girlies.

I'm that person who buys whatever mascara is on sale when mine runs out, so I bought this (black, non waterproof) buy one get one 1/2 off a few months ago mainly because my favorite eye liner (Almay black pencil) came free with it! I ended up being quite impressed with the mascara too and have bought a few more tubes since. I wear two coats every day and it makes my lashes look so full, dark and long. The brush never gets clumpy (only a bit on the tip part) and it really separates my lashes when I wiggle it at the base. I have had no problems with flaking or lashes clumping. I can't say whether it has made my lashes grow because right before I started using it I used a lash growing serum that really did work, so I cannot distinguish a difference. I will say now that I'm thinking about it I have been losing fewer lashes since I starting using this (about five months ago). I am bad about removing my eye makeup at night so I sleep with this on frequently and I have experienced no irritation. It is also easy to remove with water and facial wash, which I like. I am going to be sticking with this mascara.

First off: if you wear contact lenses, this is not the mascara for you...Flakes terribly and my contacts were sandy. I had to rinse out my contacts 2-3 times throughout the day. I got back to wearing my regular mascara (maybelline full & soft waterproof formula) and I was amazed at how great my contacts felt today. I am never going back to another mascara again. I do give it two lippies because I think my lashes did get a little longer, but I could probably chuck a little more money on something like rapid lash and still wear my favorite mascara. continued >>

This mascara is just ok for me. I decided to try it when I needed to replace my mascara and couldn't find my HG (Full n Soft wp) in the right color. I had heard good things on Youtube about this one and it sounded comparable to FnS. I like more natural looking mascaras because I have fairly long lashes and light coloration, so "falsie" type mascaras are overkill on me. I like that this mascara doesn't smudge or flake excessively, and stays on well but washes off easily. However, even for someone who likes natural looking lashes this isn't very pigmented (I have the color Black Brown). I have to do several passes with the wand in order to get my lashes looking dark enough. Also, I have some lashes that grow cross ways and tend to clump with mascara, and this does nothing to separate them or enhance curl. In fact, the more coats I use the more they seem to clump together. All in all, this is an average mascara that doesn't do much lengthening or volumizing. I haven't noticed my lashes growing longer or thicker yet either but will update if that changes. Also the packaging could use work because the top of the wand unscrews way too easily. I will use this up but won't repurchase. UPDATE: So I just used up this mascara and wanted to update my review a bit - I did notice that my eyelashes were longer when I used this consistently. I found also that this is a wet mascara at first, so it works best when it has dried out slightly. I also like the brush - it's thick but not too big. So, I may or may not repurchase this mascara, it's still not exactly what I'm looking for but I was impressed with the fact that it encouraged lash growth and wanted to update my review to reflect that. One lippie added!

I love this mascara so much! It volumizes, lengthens(well), doesn't clump, smear, flake, or get hard on lashes. It's perfect <3. This mascara isn't very expensive and I do agree, the brush is huge! But I don't use this on the bottom so it's okay with me. Love and will repurchase! continued >>

I bought the waterproof version and I really like this stuff. It volumizes, separates, and makes them super long. It doesn't clump at all and I layer on the mascara so that's a plus!! It also doesn't make my eyelashes feel stiff, they feel soft and it doesn't irritate my eyes. The wand makes it easy to apply and doesn't have bloobs of clumps like other mascaras. The only thing is it doesn't give my eyelashes a crazy curl just a slight curl for waterproof version. I just bought this product so I hope it really does make my lashes healthy and longer.
