Okay first I bought this in the totally WRONG shade. I'm light/medium and I have no idea why I picked up 310, which is a dark shade. Really, I don't know why lol. But I wore it anyways just to see how it is, haha. Well first, it feels greasy on my already oily skin. Coverage was okay. Overall, not my favorite but next time, I'll actually get my right shade for this foundation. Ugh.
Brought this because Wayne Goss raved about this. This is a gel consistency and what I do not like about this is that it makes my skin look oily even with powder on top of it. It also have very low coverage. The color match is good. I am NC 25 in Mac and 125 matched me perfectly. Try this if you have dry skin. But oily skin people stay away. The packaging is also poorly made. You have to pour it out of the glass jar and sometimes I pour out too much. This liquid foundation is also too liquidy and spills easily.
I've been using this product and I do not like it. I'm a student on a tight budget and I bought this product mainly due to the price. It has very poor coverage, does not apply smoothly, and slides around on my face. It looks okay for about an hour or two but then it starts to look awful. This product may work well for someone with dryer skin, but this does not work for me.
I bought this a couple of weeks ago and I was so excited to use it. I have #105 . I have been using it for a while it seems like this foundation is my favorite. I really don't know why some people don't like it. The coverage is good, the formula is light weight and it gives my skin a healthy glow. Nobody's perfect and this product may be a little slippy on my oily/combi skin but it doesn't bother me. I just apply Fit Me #120 powder and it's good again! ^^
I tried this foundation on a whim as it was on sale. I got two different tones, my normal skin tone and a slightly darker one because it was summer and I had a tan. I apply it and then blend in the edges with my fingers to blend it in with my skin. I'm not sure how effective the 'powder core' is but overall it's a good foundation. It makes my face look a little cakey though so I like to apply a powder over it to set it.
i bought it in the shade 210 and it was just the perfect match I've tried so many foundations and some have always been pink or orange but this shade had yellow undertones and it gave me a nice glow but not too dewy or oily like the true match lumi made me look . i just lobe it and at target i got it for only 5 dollars and the powder as well so cheap for something amazing this is my holy grail
I really wish this foundation would've worked for me. I did pick a color that was a shade too dark but i figured out ways to just work with it. I loved the natural finish it gave. it didn't dry completely matte but at the same time it wasn't too shiney. At first it didn't sink it to my huge pores which i loved but after a few hours my pores would start to show again. Also my oily skin would cut right through the foundation. Not very long lasting :/
Not sure why this has so many poor reviews. However, everyone has different skin types so I guess that's how that works. in any event. I LOVE it. Great Match for my skin tone. does NOT make me oily and I tend to have very oily skin in the summer (i used it all summer)
I got this on sale it's the PERFECT color for me but it broke me out SO BAD I have like HUGE red EXTREMELY PAINFUL welts all cover my face and when I'm sleeping I lay down on them I wake up cause it hurts so much and I didn't pick at them but they are scaring to WORST foundation ever and the packaging sucks when I try to get it out it all spills on me!
On my combination-oily and blemished skin, this didnt work at all. shade 115 is way too pink, 120 too yellow and 110 just too light for me. Also I find it was really hard to blend, had a poor coverage (even though my blemishes arent big or really red) and no matter how much I tried to prime and set it, my oiliness always came through after about 2 hours. I ended up mixing this with my MAC pro longwear in NC15 (which is a little too light for me even though I use it as a winter foundation on my scandinavian skin) but it still didnt work. Plus, it broke me out terribly on my t-zone. For me, this is a no-go but I'm thinking of trying the stickform of it.
