I have really oily skin and had used UD All-nighter in the past and really liked it. I was thrilled to get my hands on the oil-control setting spray...but it didn't control my oil, nor did it help my makeup last all day. With the All-nighter spray, though it also does nothing for oil control, at least my eyeshadow, blush, etc. still look fresh in the evening. Will not repurchase.

i had high hopes for this, because it is more expensive than makeup that i usually buy, but it failed me. i don't think it did anything at all. like nothing. at. all. i was super disappointed. i used it with two diff foundations and it did nothing for me with either foundation.

Overall, I LOVE this product! At first, I hesitated on this product because of the price tag and I have never tried setting sprays before so I thought it wouldn't work as well as the product claims but boy was I wowed! It does a magnificent job at controlling the oil on my face throughout the day. Other than the price, another downside to the product is that it sometimes leaks when you shake the bottle. At first I thought maybe it was my fault cause I shook the bottle but after reading the label, it clearly states "shake well" so that means the packaging isn't really designed to not leak in the wrong places. Other than that, this is a product that is worth buying!

I have craaazy oily skin. It used to get oily literally within an hour of putting my makeup on (when using drugstore products) but now that I'm using high-end makeup (Make Up For Ever's Mat Velvet Plus and Make Up For Ever's Duo Mat Powder Foundation) I get oily only about every 4-5 hours.

I bought Urban Decay's De-Slick Oil Makeup Setting Spray in additon to my two MUFE products, and I am on the fence about the product.

PROS:
-Prevents my oiliness by about an hour more than if I don't use it with my foundations.
-Dries quickly (about 1 minute after spraying).


CONS:
-$12 for a 2 oz. bottle. I can already tell that this stuff is going to run out quick.
-I have to mash the pump to spray it anywhere from 2-7 times (big range, I know) for the product to release ONE SPRITZ. So the spray pump is a bit defective.
-If I don't blot at the proper time (about 4 hours after I apply foundation, whether I'm super oily yet or just barely oily) then I will notice that my foundation starts to gather on my face in little dots (some in my pores, some not) where the setting spray would have hit my face when applied. This is not a cute look.


Overall, I think I will be looking for another setting spray, but definitely one that I can get my money's worth out of.

this definitely helps me control my oil throughout the day. i have both the full size and travel size so when i do get oily during the day i do a quick spritz and i have absolutely no oil

best setting spray ever. not only it make my make up last longer but it also have the energizing (oxygen) effect on my skin + thye soothing effect (lol i dont know but i do feel that). used it before and after make up. it tend to make my make up goes natural look (not heavy) and yeah it decreased that oily look when you used a make up (especially on that T zone!) and it doesnt break me out!

This product rocks. I really needed something to help the staying powder of my make-up in the summer. This really works; so much so, that even after a good work-out with my face dripping sweat -- my make-up holds strong! I ordered the larger size a few months ago and I'm just about out . I do use this every day and spray both before primer and after setting powder.

I wish this product would have worked for me but unfortunately it didn't. I would put this on before and after i applied my makeup and it wouldn't help my face from getting oily. I have extremely oily skin and after an hour or two my face would begin to grease up.

Thank goodness for this product. I had been wanting to get it for a really long time, but I would always change my mind due to its price. But, it's worth it, especially because I'm not wasting my money on trying other products that don't really work to control the oil. Its bottle is really small for $29, but it lasts a really long time. I've had it for about 2 months, and barely any is gone. I use it probably 3 or 4 times a week when I'm out and about, so I save it for the important days. It doesn't 100% get rid of the oil but after about 5 or 6 hours there's a little bit of oil, which is great because if i didn't have de slick on, my face would be dripping with oil.

I work doubleshifts all the time as swerved at sfairly fine dining establishment I'm going inside and outside in the heat and it gets fairly sweaty.. I was expirincing an issue where mymskeup melted off nh face bytheesrlyevenjbh.This productkeeps my makeup where it should be on my face. I feel much more confident. Must buy!!!
