I purchased this because of the great reviews, and while it doesn't quite meet my expectations it's still a pretty good treatment. The fragrance is a bit much for me and I don't like the usage of toxic ingredients, but it effectively moisturizes my hair without weighing it down or making it oily. As far as repairative ability it's about on par with a few other treatments I have, but my color-treated hair does seem a bit healthier with regular usage. Overall it isn't amazing, but I would recommend it for those with dry, coarse or damaged hair.
First, the packaging is great - love the flip top tub. The smell of the conditioner is very clean and refreshing, not too florally or sweet, but just right. The consistency of the mask is perfect - it's an opaque white and is very smooth to the touch. You don't need a lot for it to be effective. I have curly/wavy hair that I have been straightening and needed some moisture back in my hair. This did the trick. I put it in my hair, let it sit for a few minutes and rinsed. It rinses clean, didn't feel sticky or anything or didn't feel any residue. After my hair dried it felt wonderfully soft and after my hair fully dried I did notice frizz reduction. The flat iron seemed to go through my hair a bit easier as well. After using a lot of other masks, I never could see or feel a difference, but I did with this one. It's a winner, even at $25. I will be trying the other products in this line (shampoo and leave in). I will update this as I use it more.

This was awesome. My hair looked so healthy and was soft. When my hair dried naturally, It didn't look frizzy at all. It had a good amount of curl. The product itself smells nice and is very emollient. I did not feel any residue after rinsing. Even days after, my hair looks more supple. The only thing I can complain about is the price which is steep at 24 bucks, but it is worth it. I look forward to getting the leave-in next.

I'm so envious it works for others cuz i lost $$ on this. Used it twice and both times it left my hair looking and feeling like straw. Maybe it's the 'cones.
See my review under the shampoo too....
The mask is awesome. Due to using a L'Oreal product my hair was stripped and like straw. I've tried everything and was not getting any results. My hairdresser used It's A 10 on me and I could tell a drastic difference. She sales the products at her cost so I bought them all, took them home and my hair is awesome. It's smells great, looks healthy, it's bouncy and the texture is beautiful. I will definitely continue to buy it from her.
Coming back to add that I would not buy this again. This is a "bandaid" product, but doesn't really heal your hair.

Thanks to this product, my hair's health has really been restored. I can honestly say I am VERY impressed. I have tried other treatments on the market for my hair that are good...but to this day, nothing as good as this. My long hair is soft, shiny and sooo manageable in one word: Nourished...I started off by using it 2 x's a week, then as my hair got healthier I only use it once a week. You only need a little bit for each use. After I shampoo and rince I usually slather a bit of the mask on the crown of my head and massage it through my scalp, then I run a wide tooth comb to spread it downwards to the rest of my hair and then if needed, I will use a tiny bit more on the ends. After that I will put it up in a little bun and leave it for 10 minutes, meanwhile I wash the rest of my body, shave, etc. After that I rinse it off. You don't have to follow with a conditioner.
It is very expensive but totally worth it...It's definetly one of my HG's :)

The reviews here sold me into buying this product. I have relaxed hair that is slightly below shoulder length. When I read the ingredients I was a bit skeptical because all I saw were silicones and usually they make my hair feel soft when wet but when my hair is dry and styled the softness is gone. This product was different, my hair was softer dry than when wet and shinier than usual every time I use it (which is biweekly). After a bad salon experience at the end of last year I am working to baby hair back to health and this product is definitely helping.

After reading all these great reviews here, i decided to purchase me some. I got them through ebay, shipping was reasonable so i decided to get 2 instead of 1. So in that case i was really hoping it works, otherwise I'd be stuck w/ 2 pots of hair treatments along w/ my other hair treatments and deep conditioners that did not quite impress me. Ok so once it arrived, I had to try it. After regular shampoo, i slapped some on my hair. And I left it in for a good 15-20 mins, and washed it out. My initial impression was wow it did what it was supposed to and i loved it. Detangle, soft, shiny, color improve, moisturize, etc etc. Tried to use it once a week but it's very tempting to use it cause it's that good. These days I use it like 2-3 times a wk :p and yes i do have fine hair as well. But i find this product to be really good for detangling, so girls w/ crazy curls you should check it out!

I am very impressed with this mask!
I got it on ebay for $21, after reading reviews here. I have fine, double-processed blond hair that needs good conditioning that wont weigh my hair down. This stuff did exactly that. My hair is soft, shiny, not fried, and it's not at all weighed down.
I also like that the packaging has a flip top. Usually with masks, you have to unsrew the top, put it somewhere in the shower and then water gets inside, this stuff is fumble-free in the shower.
I have used it twice this week and I will totally buy it again.

I was hesitant at first, I have tried so many hair products and without great results (with the exeption of Coconut Oil Treatments). I applied conditioner and used a Heating Cap for 15 minutes. After rinsing i immedeately felt the difference in my hair. It was soft but not greasy or Limp as most conditioners leave my hair. I set it with fat rollers and heating cap and then applied the leave in spray. When i flat ironed i just passed it once on the hair (usually i have to do it twice). My hair is shiny, bouncy, not greasy and the frizz has reduced about 80%.
My hair was highlighted last month and left my hair extremely frizzy and damaged. I am going to try to do this treatment twice weekly until damage has gone away then probably 2-three times a month.
