This is a product I have purchased again, and again for good reason. It is easily found in drugstores, and reasonably priced. It removes all traces of my eye make up, eyeliner and waterproof mascara. It doesn't feel too greasy. I once read in a magazine that the best eye makeup removers look separated, and this one definitely does. Just remember to shake it before you use it!
Well, I accidently used this for my entire face.
I didn't really read it until I was finished rubbing entire face with it.
This might be a bit weird but after the use I quickly cleansed and went to sleep. The next morning I had a clean? skin.
I have A LOT of acne. Blackheads/whiteheads. Blemsihes. All the no-nos. & After that one usage of it...
it totally cleared out my acne. :x
I mean its gentle enough for the eye and my skin is ultra sensitive... Hmm. I don't know. After that I started looking for good oil face cleansers and went through like 8 diffrent products and didnt give me a result like this one.
Definitely removes eye makeup getly but leaves an oily residue. If not cleaned completely with cleanser,, will leave a film that will cause your next application of eye makeup to run. You must shake this well also. You can see the separation of liquids if you don't. I much prefer the Lancome in the dark blue bottle without oils since I take off remaining eye makeup after I wash my face and can't have the residue before my next makeup application.
it's just works well . I 'd using Lancome's eye make up remover for past 10 yeras but I went to get this Neutrogena one because after read reveiw here, wow! I love this eye makeup remover !!! the price is way less than Lancome's but works almost same .
It removes the toughest waterproof mascara and eye liner with out too much rub.( however I use 2-3 cotton to make sure all my eye make up gone)I didn't know there is 5.5oz virsion something around $8.
so next time I will buy bigger size.
This is my favorite eye makeup remover. I don't understand why it says oil free, because it can leave a bit of oily residue on the lids. That said, it does the job wonderfully. It removes the toughest waterproof mascara or liner in seconds. That does it for me.
I do wash my face after using it, not the other way around.
Excellent price, you get 5.5 fl. oz. for about $8 USD. Really good.
love this product! it takes off waterproof mascara/eyeliner without tugging your skin. it doesn't irritate my eyes too. Though it's a bit oily after u apply it,just a simple wash will get rid of that. it's cheap too so i'd definitely buy it again. the bottle is not that attractive but who cares! as long as it does excellent job, that's the most important thing.
This product is excellent for removing eye make up. It is easily done without having to tug and pull on your skin. In the past I have always had left over make up and had to scrub it off and in the morning there would always be residue from left over make up that wasn't removed. Not so with this product. I put a bit on a cotton pad and off comes the make up very easily. It is extremely affordable, I would definitely recommend this product and will repurchase. Be sure to shake before using.
Alot of girls on you tube are raving about how much they like this eye makeup remover so I thought I would try it. I was really dissapointed when I used it last night to take off my eye makeup. It left a really nasty oily/greasy residue all over my eye lid and didn't take my eye makeup off like I thought it would. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I wasted money on something that I thought would work well so I guess I'll be more careful picking out my makeup removers next time.
I wanted to like this, but it made my eyeballs feel weird. It did an okay job of removing my waterproof mascara, but I couldn't get past the greasy-eyeballs feeling.
I have been using Clinique's Take The Day Off for years now to take off my waterproof mascara, and I've heard that Neutrogena's makeup remover works just as well. My local Wal-Mart had it BOGO so I decided what the heck, might as well try it. Like TTDO, Neutrogena's is dual-phased, and I tend to lean more to these kinds of removers. It took about 3 cotton balls to remove all traces of mascara, and it left my eye area extremely moisturized! It is a bit slippery, but not oily in the least bit. It dries/soaks in fairly quickly, and I found that it conditions my lashes and makes them stronger. This is about a third the price of TTDO, so I will be buying again!
