I am taking this back tomorrow. I went running with this on today and when I came back it was all over my face! For a 'waterproof" liner this is terrible. It doesn't stay on my eyes for more then two hours. I will stick to Aqua eyes by Makeup Forever or Revlon colorstay liner. very dissapointing because I had high hopes for this one.
Best eyeliner I have tried... but that doesn't mean it is that good!
I use it on my waterline for a daytime look and at night time I also use it on my lash line on my lid for a smokey eye, with dark shadows.
I actually got comments at the weekend saying my eyeliner looked amazing, but I find in the waterline, it lasts perfectly for about an hour then it slides off... I reapply but in my line of work I truly do need something with staying power. In saying that though, at the end of the day, I find it really hard to get the remaining bits of liner OFF my waterline! lol!
Anyway, I think it is overpriced, it's €15 approximately here in Ireland, and I think there MAY be better liners out there... I may just keep up with the hunt! Wish me luck! :)
I'm very suprised that this liner is a "24/7 eyeliner". It's way tooo creamy and smudge proof. I usually only use this liner if I want to go back and smudge the liner with my brush to get a smokey effect but other than that, I could never use this liner in place of liquid liner or if I'm doing a let's say, costume pin up type look. Anyways, it's ok. I would NEVER spend 17 dollars on this liner. NEVER. I could find a good eyeliner from Avon or Wal-Mart.
I was never a fan of pencil eyeliners, but was tired of how long liquid can take, so I tried this after hearing it was smudge proof and all sorts of other good stuff. Used it twice, didn't like it, and actually returned it. It smudged very quickly on my lids and, though I used a primer prior to applying, it creased. Badly. Definitely not worth the trouble.
I bought this to use on my waterline. It doesn't last.. at all. Yes, not much does on waterlines, but I've used many (cheaper) eyeliners that stay longer than this does. I would wear no eyeliner at all over wearing this, because it doesn't even stay put an hour. I don't mean it just migrates lower into my lash line, I mean it completely disappears or goes into the outer corners of my eye. And I have very dry eyes. That said, it is a very deeply pigmented, nice black. Great color. To be fair, it may work just fine used around eye rather than on the waterline. I gave it a higher score than I would have otherwise because of this and the nice color.
$17.00 at Ulta
I've been using this everyday for 6 wks now. I purchased it to use on my lower water line for that "No Smudge" promise but it Does smudge. Half of it disappears within the hour and the other half gathers at the outer corner of my eye. My $3.00 eyeliner by Rimmel works the same if not better than this (Rimmel Never gathers at the corner). I wouldn't say it "glides" on any better than Rimmel either. Color pay off is good though. Not worth the money just to use for upper lid tight lining (that’s the only thing I've found it sufficient at doing.) I DON'T SUGGEST BUYING THIS ITEM.

I tried this product at my cousin's house and HATED it. The colors are nice, but it didn't show up at first, and when it did it didn't look right. Also, it took me literally an hour to get it off. I tried several types of eye make-up remover and even soap and water, and it still didn't come off completely. Honestly I don't recommend this product to anyone, and I would NEVER buy it.
I'm most fond of pencil eyeliners, but even some of the nicer ones I've tried tend to take a few strokes to draw on a proper line. The 24-7 Glide-On pencil gives me a nice, solid line in one light stroke; I don't have to use too much force. Unfortunately, it did not have much staying power. I had to reapply twice in a day. Fortunately, it did not smudge, something which happens with some of my other pencils. I'm willing to reapply because it is so easy to do so, plus the color does not smudge. It is a bit expensive, but as long as it does not dry out or get hard (I haven't had this long enough for that), I think it is worth the money. I'm now curious to try other colors.
I had heard so many good reviews of the 24/7 Zero - especially how great it was to use on the waterline of the eye. I ordered it off the Urban Decay site as a duo with the Bourbon 24/7 liner. I immediately noticed that the cream formulation was more "slick" than I expected and once applied did not seem as attractive as (frankly) the Revlon Colorstay pencil I had been using that cost significantly less. I actually like the Bourbon much better than the Zero, but don't find that either live up to my expectations.
No staying power whats so ever. And its not even really that black. i am very upset because this eyeliner was expensive and it pretty crappy. Honestly the liner last for about 1.5 hours on my water line before its all smudged under ur lashes. The reason I am giving it a two and not a one is because my lids are oily and my eyes can get kind of runny sometimes so maybe it is just a bad combination for my skin.
