Polishes - OPI - Bogota Blackberry

I love this color. And I agree with someone who said it looks mature. It's why I like it. It's a more mature, reliable berry shimmer. A lot of the newer OPIs have a lot going on in the shimmer department but this one has enough shimmer so tha t it isn't boring, but is still lovely.
So I just bought this color, but I'm more disappointed in myself. So to my finding, I already have a color just like it. It's the sally hansen's nail salon lacquer called "wine not?". But otherwise it would've been totally worth it.

Looked a bit dark and scary in the bottle, but it goes on much sheerer (though still a good amount of pigment). I would only use this on my toenails as I'm not confident with dark colours on my fingernails. It looks really nice with black or chocolate coloured heels!

Giving this a 3 because I like how shiny it is and it stays on for quite a while, just not a fan of the color it's too "mature" for my taste a deep berry shade with shimmer.
I just got back from a pedi using this color. I must say, its beautiful. I am usually going for the darker, nontraditional colors. Blues, greens, silvers and blacks. But I was looking for a change in this. Its so nice. Its just the right color of red for my pale cool skin, and has just the right amount of sparkle to give it a kick. I will definitely purchase the bottle of this so that I can have it year round.
This is truly gorgeous, a perfect dark red with just enough shimmer, but not too much. As the last reviewer said, it's perfectly balanced - that was my first thought actually when I tried it. It's hard to find a really good red - can't wait for the fall so I can use this!

I don't like it... it's too shimmery to look classy IMHO. It's like a ruby red with slight sparkles.. too sparkly for my taste. I can't see how it would look good at night dressed up, as it reminds me of shimmery prom-like polish. Maybe if your a teenager.. but it certainly isn't that says classy to me.

Although I would call this more of a raspberry than a blackberry shade, it doesn't detract from how gorgeous the shade is. There's beautiful depth to the colour, with a hint of shimmer. Some reds can look a bit trampy, but this shade just oozes sophistication. Very classy, and great quality like all OPI polishes.
