I started wearing waterproof mascara when I discovered how well it holds a curl. Other mascaras take the curl completely out during application, let alone stay on all day. I love this mascara, it defines, separates, gives lots of volume to my normal, nothing special lashes. It makes my eyes look bigger because my lashes are curled and look like they go on for miles. Yes, it is hard to get off, but I use the Neutrogena waterproof remover and I have no problems. I am already a fan of the original lash blast, and this one did not disappoint. Love it and will continue repurchasing!

I dont understand the negative reviews, the name of the mascara is 24hr! if it came off that easily it would'nt be named this lol. As someone who uses exclusively waterproof mascara, I think this product is the best of both worlds. I use waterproof mascara because it holds a curl in my stick straight Asian lashes, that point straight down. This mascara holds a curl all day, its amazing and it comes off easier than an actual waterproof mascara IF you use a good waterproof eye makeup remover. I use the Lumene one, comes off like a charm. If the regular lash blast works for you, you dont need this one. This one if for those of us that have puny super straight lashes that dont hold a curl, if thats you and you always use waterproof mascaras, definitely try this one!!

loved the definition + volume it gave my long, but sometimes sparse, lashes but i could. not. get. it. off. i'd wash my wash with clinique at night - nothing. wash again in the morning with makeup remover - removed some of the 'blackness'. washed again with clinique in the shower and i still felt like i was putting mascara on top of mascara when i did my makeup. it actually blows my mind that some other people are giving this product a positive review. since i already have decent lashes, i've always been super happy with the regular formula... i don't even want to go back to it because i'm so mad at the cover girl brand.

I love, love, love this!! I don't understand the so-so reviews. I have no flaking or smudges! It is not waterproof so don't go swimming in it! It is great and I have already bought it again!

Got this at my local rite aid for about $9.99 -thought I would give it a whirl since it claims to be smudge proof and long wearing..although those statements are true this stuff flakes like crazy!! I am constantly having to look in the mirror and clean up under my eyes..not pretty....
I also have the hardest time removing this mascara..normally with any others I can just swipe some makeup remover and it comes right off..not this...impossible to take off...not a fan..will not repurchase!!

I bought this mascara thinking that it would meet my expectations, but sadly it did not. I have been loyal to Cover Girl for quite a few years now and I have loved all of the mascara that I have bought in the past, so I was very disappointed with this particular brand. I found the mascara to be very difficult to take off, and in my case not even makeup remover was enough to get it off. I ended having to literally scrape the mascara off of my lashes using my fingernails. I only had the mascara on for a few hours but in that short amount of time it made some of my eyelashes fall out when I was trying to take it off--about 20 lashes from each eye, now missing. Not okay, Cover Girl. Try again.

It seems I am buying a new brand and/or line of mascara every month lately. Some last well and some do not. This one is a keeper for me right now. Doesn't flake which totally annoys me. Does take a little work to get off though--best removal is with the CG Clean makeup remover and Ponds Original works well as well. Have been using for 1 week so will see how long it stays fresh (usually buy new mascara every 6-7 weeks).

I bought this product a few days ago and from the first day I used it I felt something strange in my eyes. Unfortunately after 4 days gave me a sharp eye infection. I'm with conjunctivitis (pink eyes) and with strong antibiotics for my eyes. Not recommend it to anyone, even you know if any expiration date or not. Right now I have swollen eyes, red. The doctor said that disappear with medication approximately two weeks, but improvement occurs I have to go to the Eye Clinic. Needless to say I was labeled as new and recently hit the market.

Takes time, but if you've the patience, you'll learn to love it.

I hated the original formula in regular version and seriously doubted this would be any better. But missglamorazzi (I adore her) says this is her new fave so I tried it. Surprisingly, this is waaaay better than the original one.
This is a mascara that you need to (read:MUST) layer dry to get almost-falsies look. Trust me, it'll look great after 3-4 coats

MOST AMAZING MASCARA EVER!!!!! I saw a couple people rave about this mascara on youtube, so I decided to try it out. I usually HATE covergirl products, especially their mascara. I feel like all their mascaras are just the same, just in different packaging. But I've never seen people give such good reviews to a covergirl mascara. So, I decided to just give it a try. OMG-it's amazing. Two coats, and I have long, full, amazing, thick, not clumpy eye lashes!!!!! It's waterproof, but it's not too difficult to take off with soap/makeup remover. It's like the best of "Grow Luscious Plumping mascara" and "Falsies" mascara combined into one fabulous, long-lasting product. It's worth trying!!!!
