I really wanted to love this product, and was looking forward to trying it out. Sadly, It did nothing for me. I did feel the stinging when applied to a zit, but that's it. The next couple of days the zit was still there. I did try this out again a few days after when I noticed a pimple forming. The next day it was still there, and still sore. =( I don't know how this product is getting such good reviews.
I like this because it includes a lot of ingredients that not only help kill acne, but help stop bacteria in general. It makes me feel a lot more cleaner and secure in the fact that there are less germs around the problem area. But the packaging is a little unhygienic. The roller ball design makes a germ's job much easier. When you roll it onto your skin (particularly the pimple) it carries it into the product, which I find a little gross. But all in all, this is a nice product to have around.
ONLY 1 CON: packaging. Other than that I love it! The reason I don't like the packaging is because its a roller, and its kinda unsanitary if you put it over an infected pimple. But I just wash my hands and roll it on to a finger and dab it on the pimple. You get more product by doing that too. I used this OVERNIGHT and the pimple has gone down sooo much! I love this, it has 1% salicylic acid, which is half of what's in my facewash. The botttle is sooo small and thin and sleek but it has so much product. It DOESN'T dry out your skin! Love this product, nothing bad about it. And its only $1!!!
I've only ever owned drugstore makeup. Yes, I've dabbled in my mum's clinique and shiseido foundations and bobbi brown eyeshadows, but rarely are they up to par with the makeup that I get from E.L.F. or Nyx. Being such an avid elf freak, I bought this is an attempt to get rid of the hundreds of clogged pores I graaatefully received from when I was experimenting with natural, organic skincare. Many of the plant-derived ingredients irritated my skin like a biatch and I was left sad and bumpy, the kind of bumps that are impossible to pop and when you do, a kind of solid yellow oil seed thing pops out (whoops tmi) Well, first night I got this, I rubbed it all over my clogged pores and it felt a little dry and stingy. Nothing too bad. After it dried, I put vaseline over it (vaseline is the ONLY. ONLY thing that won't irritate my skin. Funny and ironic considering my whole past with organics hahaha) to moisturize and seal in all the yummy zit killing goodness. Went to bed. Next morning, woke up, felt my face in my half-asleep zombie state. FREAKED OUT. My face was much much much much smoother and my clogged pores had lessened by about a third. The same day, I went out and bought another one. I believe that my experience speaks for the product itself and nothing further shall be said than necessary.
I don't really like the zit zapper at all. It didn't do anything for me and I felt like I was putting a bunch of random crap on my face. I thought it felt good when I put it on but it honestly didn't do what it said it was supposed to do. I'm sure this has helped others but for me it didn't do jack. I wouldn't say that I wouldn't recommend it because it might work for some people but it just didn't work for me. Try it if you want. It's only a dollar!!
for a dollar you really cant beat this product. This product comes in roller ball form which sometimes is very hard to get the product out but besides that it dries very quickly. This product is NOT recccommended for zits or large acne. I would reccommend this product for when you feel like you have a potential acne rising to the surface not for when you already have one because i dont really notice a difference.
im not sure if anyone knows this but IT IS NOT A SPOT TREATMENT type of product
This is a freaking must have. I've bought this product over 5 times and I will continue to buy it. It's a roll on zit zapper, aka a rollerball with salicylic acid which helps get rid of your zits. When I have a breakout, I use it and it goes noticeably away. My pimple always decreases in size when I use it. It's a godsend. You can feel the cooling/stinging so you know it's working.
I got this online for GMARKET, i kinda like this product. I dont really see much of a big dif but i like how it feels upon application, its really cooling and easy to bring out. its small but it have enough product to last you i believe. The packaging is a roller ball application i feels its alittle unhygenic but its alright :)
I dont use much of it as i switch between OXY10, OXYCOVER and CLEAN&CLEAR pimple gel.
You can get this from SMOOCHIEZZ in SG now, i got it online cos smoochiezz wasnt alive yet then, haha :)
Will not repurchase it as i dont think its that effective for me to repurchase , but its a good product if you just wanna try out :)
This worked great for me. I had a zit near my chin. It was tender, sore, and red. I applied this immediately after purchasing and in less than an hour the swelling was down and soreness gone. I don't think there is any miracle cure out there for zits but I was impressed with how quickly this seemed to work. Great to toss in your purse too when you go out and suddenly have a pimple pop up. Will update if any changes. EDIT: I still like this product but wanted to clarify what it does for me. It DOES take down swelling and soreness in a pimple but for me DID NOT dry up the pimple itself. Sorry for any graphics here but even though the pimple looked better there was still pus under the surface which this product did not heal despite repeated applications. I still give it 4 lippies though because in a pinch it made my pimple look 100x's better and I'd still repurchase.
I haven't had a deep cystic breakout in a while, but I almost always have an annoying whitehead just waiting to bubble up somewhere on my face. This does a great job at drying them up. I think it smells kind of nice too. I think the packaging is convenient, I haven't had any problems with it, and it is great for traveling. I don't think it would do much for deeper pimples, but nothing I've ever tried has. I'll repurchase3 this, it's super easy to just dab it on at night. 4/5 times, the next morning, the pimple is almost gone.
