HOLY CRAP I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I have the tiniest pores ever and dry skin, but this product just made my skin SOOOO soft. I use it under Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow in Beige, followed by a soft swipe of Coralista on my cheeks and Smashbox Suntanne Matte bronzer to contour. I'm not sure how much it actually does for your pores, but my skin has been flawless all day and SO soft. I feel beautiful in it.
However, it's so expensive, I'm not sure I'd buy it. I received 2 free 0.25 oz bottles from Sephora (the $30 bottle is 0.75) for I pretty much for $20 worth of product free. I'll have to see how long it lasts me! <3
But I'd say if you haven't tried it, you have to :)
At first this product did not work for me at all. My pores looked the same huge size as they had before but then I discovered I had been applying the product all wrong. I used to apply it on my face in a sweeping sort of smoothing motion like a moisturiser but then I found out from a youtuber that in order for this product you need to pat it into your skin. After i did that when I use it underneath my foundation, my pores look smaller and less visible so it does work. However I probably wouldn't purchase this again because I prefer to have a primer that can better work against shine and an oily tzone but this is definitely worth a try.

Words. Can. Not. Describe. How. Perfect. This. Product. Is. !!!
It gives me the perfect layer of coverage and a base, and is great for evening out the skintone.
A must-have!!!
This product does what it says - it minimizes pores and leaves your skin silky smooth. I use it before my foundation, but sometimes it flakes.

This is a weird product.
It's supposed to be a balm for minimizing your pores, but for me, it didn't do that. I don't really suffer from very large pores anyway, but this stuff doesn't seem to make much of a difference to them.
It does, however, make THE BEST primer I've ever tried for my oily skin. It's amazingly mattifying and is great for smoothing out little bumps and uneven skin-tone.
The consistency is a bit odd when first dispensed from the tube- sort of like a string of product. You can warm it up with your fingers, though.
Just as a forewarning- it's not white or clear. It's sort of beige. It doesn't transfer any colour to your skin however, so this is not an issue, but it is a bit surprising and again, weird.
Overall, a great product, but not for the thing it's supposed to be great for.
I received a sample size of this product with my Birchbox several months ago. At first i just put it in the "archives" since I am extremely acne-prone and hesitate to just slather new products on my face. However, on a whim one day I decided to try it around my eyes to see how it would hold eye makeup, and it worked awesomely! Months have passed, and I have all but forsaken my Primer Potion and Stay Don't Stray eye primers. I use the Porefessional after my moisturizer /eye cream ritual- from the top lid to the brow, and in the hollows underneath my eyes. I have also started using it on my forehead in between my eyes and around my nose, mouth and chin. So far no breakouts, and my makeup sits perfectly all day long! (As a side note, I use powdered mineral makeup and concealer, not liquid. That could make a difference in how the primer behaves).
The reason I do not give this product a 100% rating is that it is insanely over-priced for the quantity and the little tube in which it is packaged. If I did not have such finicky skin I would probably keep searching for a comparable product at a lower price point. However, it is not worth it to me to risk the painful cystic breakouts that usually occur when I try new products, so I will stick with this. I just found a full size on eBay for $19 with free shipping, which is still pricey, but certainly better than $30!
Wasn't a huge fan of this primer! It did make my foundation go on nicely but i found within a few hours my make up had slid off! and for that reason i don't think its worth the money! but this could be down to my skin type as i am yet to find a primer i am completely satisfied with.
Applies smoothly to the skin, and doesn't feel heavy or like it's clogging pores. Could instantly see results (smaller pores, as it claims) I wear it both under make-up or on it's own. Would definitely recommend, very happy with the results I've had. Although, it is rather costly. Although I really enjoy the results, I'm not sure it's something I would purchase again once it runs out, simply because of the cost. If it was cheaper, I would definitely be a repeat purchaser.
Trying to find the perfect primer, I got this as a sample with the special going on at Ulta last year.
I like how it feels on my skin, doesn't make my skin angry, no breakouts, very smooth very easy for my liquid foundation to apply. I haven't tried it in humid weather so I'll update this hopefully, and it indeed makes my pores disappear but my pores are small to begin with. :) It looks like a beige colored mousse.
The one thing I noticed was it made my TruMatch oxidize a little more and I used it a tint lighter than my natural skin tone.
I thought about getting the Mineral Infused primer from E.L.F. since it's cheaper and I'm strapped on cash.
I would recommend this primer.
This product was okay. It did what it claims to: "Quickly minimize the appearance of pores & fine lines for smoother-than-smooth skin! " but wasn't amazing in any way.
For reference I have light normal / dry skin with large pores around my nose.
PROS:
Cute packaging
Didn't break me out (few things do)
Did minimize pores
CONS:
The price...Normally I have no problem dishing out the cash for high end products. I love Benefit and think almost all of their products are great. But 30 USD is expensive for a primer that isn't THAT good especially when it's only .75 oz, rather than the standard 1 oz. Think about how many tacos you could buy for thirty bucks.
It doesn't make my makeup stay on any longer than any of my drugstore primers do.
It's easily dupe-able. Nyx's pore filler has the same effect for me and costs like twenty bucks less. Hard Candy's Sheer Envy is another possible dupe as well.
It's colored...why? It goes on clear, but it's an ugly tan color in the packaging.
It smells...strange? Not bad, just different I guess.
If you're looking for a good high end primer I'd try Tarte's Clean Slate Primer..It's the same price, but comes with .25 oz more product, and works ten times better.
