This is my HG mascara - no other can make my lashes as long and full looking, with zero clumps. It's very buildable and easy to remove, with minimal (if any) flaking. I had the original Colossal mascara, but it was sold out when I went to get a new bottle, with only the Colossal 'smoky' left. This is equally as good as the original, if anyone is thinking of trying it.

First off, $20 for a mascara in Australia is ridiculous.
The American dollar is so close to the Australian, yet we pay MORE THAN DOUBLE for our beauty supplies.

Secondly, this is my new favourite mascara. When angled right, it`s volumizing and lengthening, and I just love the shade.

will not buy this again. it clumped up like crazy, was very flakey leaving black spots on my face, and this formula bothered my eyes they kept watering up in which i havto throw away now.

Don't know why the negative reviews for this mascara. Its good and does the job. I have Asian lashes, so they are sparse and thin, but this really does volumise and lengthens them. I also like how this isn't waterproof, but it doesn't smudge after a long day :)
I think this is better than my L'oreal Voluminous. The only thing i don't like about it is that it a bit dry and its not as black as i want it to be. Also this also has this weird plastic chemical smell that puts me off when im applying it. You cant smell it when you have it on, but its distinct when open the mascara. I don't tend to buy mascaras again, as i always like trying new ones. But if you are looking to trying one out this is a good one to try.

this is the only mascara that works for me.....i have super long lashes that are constantly hitting my eyelids and this is the oly mascara that doesnt smucge on me.....i love this formula and the want but lately i am using my mega plush mascara wand with it and i love it...however the only thing i would say negative about this mascara is that after a while when the formula starts to dry it flakes :(

Eh. This was an average product. Along with every single Maybelline mascara I tried, the formula was thick and sticky like bubblegum, and made my lashes really sticky with product. I'm not sure if it was the brush, but the product didn't really lengthen or curl, it just builded up on itself!
And it NEVER dried, it just stayed all tacky and sticky, and flaked on my face all day long!
It made me look like a total Muppet, with fat, ridiculous lashes that were really spidery and twisted in every which way, which is SO NOT CUTE.
Packaging was eh.
Formula was bleh.

Love this! I should have bought it earlier. I was reluctant to buy it after reading multiple bad reviews on MUA however, I decided to just 'go for it'. It's very expensive in New Zealand. I spent $24 on this mascara. (I wish I live in America). No clumps at all and my curls stayed.

After trying numerous mascaras, I always find myself coming back to colossal. The first month is always great...I use a ton of coats but it makes my otherwise short lashes look full and long. I need a mascara that volumizes as well as lengthens and this does just that. The first time I bought this product which was about 5 years ago, After I got halfway through the formula, i noticed that it all of a sudden turned into a goop. It was as if someone had put my tube of mascara in the microwave. I thought maybe it was just my product, until this happened to my roommate and my mom. Ever since, that has not happened to me again, so they must have fixed it. My only other complaint is that the product tends to dry out faster than other mascara formulas.

One of my favorite mascaras. It makes my lashes very defined and significantly longer and plush. Makes the lashes stand out and look very bold without any clumps.

One of the most clump free mascaras I have ever used. It also doesn't flake or run much, even on the bottom. Works on the bottom lashes very well!

This is a great every day mascara. If you want super drama this may not be for you but I am one who likes super bold lashes and this makes my lashes really nice, I've gotten a lot of compliments on it.

I wouldn't wear it if I wanted the hugest lashes possible, or if I am going all out. But for an every day look like school, work, errands, it is great. Adds significant volume and fullness, a fair amount of length, nice curl, and you can build and build without clumping.

I highly recommend, and I am a mascara junkie. I have not noticed a strong odor. I have the Glam Black, the darkest shade available to my knowledge. It is like a "Very Black"-it isn't a soft black but not super bold black.

It's not my go to mascara mostly because of the formulation. It leaves my lashes feeling like mini spikes once it dries. Sometimes it hardens my lashes so much that the base of my lashes actually hurt! I will admit that it does a decent job at lengthening and separating my lashes though. It delivers a decent amount of volume as well but I don't think it's worth the discomfort. There are other mascaras with better formulations that are just as good at defining and lengthening your lashes so I'd pass on this one.
