Very disappointing. I wore it one day and it smudged all over my lid and undereye area giving me a raccoon look. The initial application line disappeared into a patchy mess. Waste of money.

I was looking for a drugstore, cheaper alternative to my Smashbox Gel/Cream liner. It's nice that this eyeliner comes with a decent brush, however the liner itself is messy and greasy/creamy. I like gel liners to apply creamy and then set when dry, especially when I use it on my bottom waterline. However, this product smudged a lot and never set. Raccoon eyes within hours. I could see it being nice when you want to do a smoky eye, but for a clean line, this doesn't cut it.

For reference I have oily skin,

this eyeliner did not stay on my waterline ...it started smudging one hour after applicaiton, and it's winter ..

i would think on the upper lid it would last all day...waterline NOt very good..will keep looking

This is one of the better eyeliners I've used. It's buildable, so you can achieve the right darkness for whatever look you're going for, and it's long lasting. I can safely say this will go on for 6 hours at least without any touch ups. You don't need to use a whole lot, and the color shows up just fine.

Please note that if you're looking for a smudgy, blendable eyeliner, this is not for you. Once you leave it to dry for a few seconds, it mostly stays in place. I've tried doing a super smoky eye with this eyeliner, but it's difficult to do because it doesn't move around a lot. Still, that's a good thing if you're going for a simple everyday look!

I don't really remember how much I paid for it, but it's only a little more expensive than your average drugstore eyeliner. I'd say it's a worthy investment if you want to achieve that soft, sexy cat eye or just an eyeliner that works.

I found my Holy Grail Eye liner! Affordable and great. Going to stock up on this product.

Backstory - I like gel eyeliner above the other types. For the longest time I was a Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner fan and I love the brush too. Caveat – although the brush makes a great ‘line’ it is of poor quality it will start to break apart after couple of years. I have also tried Stila smudge pots (which I used as a liner).

This products for HALF OF THE PRICE does a better job than the above two products. I find Bobbi Brown drying and doesn’t last long somewhere after lunch I can see half of my liner disappearing. Stila on the other hand is very dry and if you’re not fast it is a pain getting the liner on. It flakes too. This product does none of those, it remains smooth during the application and last a nice 8-9 hours. I have to say that Bobbi Brown eyeliner has a brownish tone to it and Stila is jet back, however this product has a slightly blue undertone to it. It doesn’t bother me much but just so you know.

I like this product because it glides on so easily and very precise when used with the brush. I started using it for my upper and lower lash lines and the upper one stayed while the lower one smudged. I did not put it on my waterline but underneath it and I also set it with some black eyeliner--but there was a lot of smudging going on.
I think I'm going to stick with the Maybelline Line Stiletto liquid eyeliner and will not repurchase this product again.

for me, this liner is just okay. it dried out on me FAST. and the brush that comes with it is worthless, IMO, unless you want to look like amy winehouse. when compared to black track fluidline by MAC, this is a pretty decent alternative, but unfortunately, not something i would buy again. MAC wins this round.

I Really like this product. I had a different gel liner before but it has been a while. So, I was hesitant to pay the price for a product that dries out so quickly. I recommend this product to anyone that uses more than just gel liners. This product will sit and wait for you.
The only thing that I dont care for is if you use the brush included and you dont clean them after use the liner can get on your other brushes or brush container.
