I agree with chilli. It's a good product, but when you compare it to Lumene Absolute Away remover, Lumene blows Lancome out of the water. Lumene is more gentle and less expensive and, IMHO, more effective at removing waterproof mascara, or any eye makeup for that matter. Save your money and give Lumene a try before Lancome - you'll be happy you did.
This works well on taking off any Mascara I have. (Even the ones that are notorious about hard to get off). It's very gentle as well. But it's a bit pricey, and a bottle can't last too long. I hope I can find something else cheaper with this quality.

I got it free as samples. I used to use christian dior Duo-phase eye makeup remover. I think its more oily than Bi-facil. I hate to go through so many steps to remove my make-up but I realised that no make-up remover for the skin can remove a strong mascara as well as Bi-facil. I think it is because Lancome have very strong mascaras and so they need to produce a strong eye makeup remover to remove them. In any case, this works. I actually like the smell but I know I'll grow sick of it.
This is a great eye make-up remover - gets every particle of eye shadow, liner and mascara off in a single swipe. It does leave an oily residue around your eye area, but if anything, it just makes the skin feel smoother. The residue feeling can also be minimized by shaking the bottle before you use it.
I can't comment on the price, as I got this in a gift bag.
The main problem with this product is the container - leaks every time I travel, no matter what I do. For that reason only, I will not repurchase.
Update: They changed the packaging to a spill-proof container. Now I can take it anywhere and it's the only eye makeup remover I use.
Very good for removing waterproof eye mu but I strongly prefer my Lumene Absolute Away eyemakeup remover which's price is a fraction of Bi-Facil's. Lumene's e/mu remover is also a bit gentler (important for those of us with sensitive eyes or contact users).
This product was recommended to me by all the make-up counter gals at Neiman Marcus and I would have to say that they were right when they said it was the best remover around. I am one that wears a lot of eye makeup and this product takes it off with ease! I have been using it for around 6 years now and for a brief moment I tried to go with other removers. They just did not compare!! This is very gentle on your eyes and will NEVER sting! It can leave a slightly oily residue, but I am getting older so when I am removing my eye makeup before bedtime, the oily like left overs are not bad. If I could, I would buy every one of my friends this product!
This is the only remover that actually removed my MAC waterproof eyeliner completely! It is very gentle on eyes, and it feels like it's also a bit moisturizing. I will definitely buy it again, and I'm going to buy it next month at the airport Duty-Free store because it's cheaper by about 7 dollars (so it costs about $19 instead of $26). Also, I've been using the same bottle for 4 and 1/2 months now, and it still has a bit left. I think it will last until next month when I buy my next bottle ^_^ So it lasts for ~5 months with daily use, and I don't skimp on the amount I use, because I wear both waterproof eyeliner AND mascara. I definitely think it's worth it! Excellent performance and it lasts quite a while. My only complaint is that the bottle leaks a bit when it's close to being full, I think this is due to the cap design. However, when the bottle is half-full or less, it doesn't seem to leak anymore.
Edit: The second bottle that I bought of this had a different cap, which eliminated the leaking problem that I mentioned. I still like to use this remover, but I've also found that Kanebo makes a eye-makeup remover that does just as good of a job, but costs about $10 (~NT300). However, the Kanebo makeup remover is about half of the amount that you get with the Lancome and not as moisturizing as the Lancome either. I guess I still prefer this one. :)
I have tried a lot of different eye makeup removers because I have very sensitive skin and tend to get rashes around my eyes. This one works very well with just one swipe of the cotton ball and minimal tugging/pulling around the eyes. Also, I love the mild rosewater fragrance, and best of all, no rashes! Will definitely buy again.
My mom always swore by this product but I never tried it because it was ridiculously expensive. Then I acquired a bottle when my mom was put into a nursing home and I decided to finally try it a couple of weeks ago. Wow...it really does remove all traces of eye makeup very easily. I like the formula and find it very gentle. I think the bottle could use a little re-designing so that it doesn't leak, especially since the stuff is so costly. I want to try Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye MU Remover before I decide on whether to buy the Bi-Facils, since the Neutrogena is so much cheaper and has gotten rave reviews on this site.
This is the BEST remover ever. It removes my non-waterproof mascara gently, effectively, and it does not sting or irritate my eyes.
I wish it would cost a few bucks less since for the $24 I can get a Fever Gloss or something.........I dont wear mascara everyday maybe 3 days out of the week so it does last me a bit of time.
If I would have to replace this remover with a cheaper one I would use Pond's Bare and Repair or Lumene, because they are almost just as good.
