This is my favorite new moisturizer. It's soothing and it feels indescribably great when I put it on my skin. I want to bathe in it! Will definitely buy again...next time I'm getting the big jar.

I swapped for a small 15ml jar of it, and i like it a lot. I've got normal-combination sensitive skin, and this product is great for me; it counters the oiliness of my T-zone but provides just enough moisture for my cheeks. It also makes my skin really soft and smooth. It probably wouldn't work for you if you have extremely dehydrated skin though, because i don't actually think it's that moisturising. Would recommend it if you just need a light daily moisturiser that helps maintain (but not repair) skin.
I bought a jar of this gel which costs about $72 after reading the reviews.Somehow,i find it makes my skin appear oilier and shinier than usual after my 3 step. But,its really moisturising and also its oil free,so its perfect for those who need extra moisturising or as a quick hydrating masque.
I also tried Moisture Surge Face Masque and i thought its good as well.

I got a little sample of this, but in the full-size version it's very expensive. I use this sparingly around my very dry areas, and sometimes I've put it on my face. To my surprise, no breakouts. I love the texture of the gel, and the soft feel after I put it on. I would recommend this to anyone that gets really dry skin. This is one great product!
I got this in a free gift recently and I really like it. Say for instance you've applied your foundation/TM and you notice a few flakies on your dry bits. A quick dab with this magic gel and they are gone. It leaves a nice matt-ish finish and doesn't break me out. A winner.

UPDATE (2012-02-17): BOYCOTTING RE. CURRENT ANIMAL TESTING FOR CHINESE MARKET
Not useful as a straight-forward moisturiser, but very useful for a moisture top-up.
Used at the end of the day, returning from work, it's very refreshing. Can be kept refrigerated for this purpose in summer.
It's really at its best for air travel: this is the only thing I've found that really works on long-haul flights, and that doesn't cause breakouts within the next day (see: Clarins Beauty Flash Balm, and any Vaseline-esque concoction like the Eight Hour Cream or E45). That is, one puts on one layer in the airport (say, just before security) and another towards the end of a flight. A non-skimpy layer, mind you, as though one were applying a face mask.
The tub is not ideal (a tube would be better), and it is expensive, but this is a marvellous item, worth the space it takes up in your clear ziplock bag. continued >>
I did not like this at all! I have oily skin and found this to be quite drying! I've given it one lippie because it works well when I'm abroad in hot countries but other than that it was a total waste, I gave it away to my friend! If you generally don't suit moisturisers with a gel like texture than I suggest you keep away from this.
This came as a GWP I don't use many Clinique products but love their eyeliner. Especially the new pot creme liner anyway thats how I came to try the moisture surge. By the name I thought it was going to be heavy or oily but no it was a light smooth finish. Perfect for summer. Gel like glides on absorbs into the skin quickly leaving a silky matte finish. I was very surprised at how much I liked this product. It was perfect for under makeup application. With my Dr Denese primer over the moisture surge it was as close to perfection as this 40's face is going to get. Combo skin, hot humid climate in South Carolina.I am not sure if this would work well for me in the winter as I get a little dry with the Dr Denese Glycolic pads but I will give it a chance. All in all for the price and feel it gave my skin it is a very good product. Clinique has a GWP going now and this is part of the kit. PS check out the new creme eyeliner they are HOLY GRAIL status.
