I am sooooo pleased I bought this!!! I have had it for about a month. I have never tried a gel eyeliner before so cant compare it to anything else but for me, a total beginner, its amazing. I have always stuck to a pencil eyeliner because I am not that great at applying it but I wanted a gel to get a more intense colour. This gives a really dark intense black and stays on all day with no touch ups. I have been using the brush that comes with it and cannot believe how easy it is!!! I use it everyday now, its amazing. The plan was to try this and if I liked it and if I could apply it I would go and buy the MAC 1 but honestly don't think I need to. This does everything its meant to and fingers crossed mine doesn't dry out like others have mentioned. For £8 this is a bargain. Will buy over and over, although cant see it running out any time soon.

This was a cheaper alternative to MAC's gel liner so i had to try it. I have oily eyelids so when i use gel liners or liquid they tend to melt away and make me look like a racoon. With this eyeliner i hardly ever had creasing or smudging. It was very creamy and i noticed that when i set it with a black eyeshadow (MAC's carbon) that it lasted all day with no creasing or melting away. There were a few instinces where i didn't set it and it did crease and looked like i had put black all over my eye. If you have dry lids this might work great for you. I am going to try this again in the summer and see how it holds up under the heat and swimming!

This is the only gel liner I own, so I don't really know if there are better ones out there, but I am pretty happy with it. I have tried using other liner products before, but I find them difficult to apply and give up after 2-3 tries.

With this one, I have owned it for a couple of months and I really like it. It is really easy to apply, and doesnt require such a steady hand. the colour is pretty intense, although you have to do one or three strokes to get it really dark.

I dont have any problems with it smudging, and I have used it to the gym before. in fact, i find it really hard to remove that what i do is try to remove as much as possible with my makeup remover, then jump into the shower and try and wash the rest off. I will subsequently end up with raccoon eyes which i will use some baby wipes to remove :P

I am usually a bit self conscious about wearing makeup to uni, but with this one, i can apply just the right amount that it doesnt appear toooooo much. at least that's what i feel :)

definitely recommend it to other people!!!

This thing takes too long to dry or set, I have to wait like 3 mins or so, and even then, after a few mins, it still transfers to my lids (I have hooded lids). So it does not work fo rme.

I have the black, dark brown, dark blue, and dark purple shades of this eyeliner and I love them. Light colored eyeliners don't work right for my eye color and shape but the darker ones are great for adding just the right amount of drama.
This eyeliner is super easy to apply, the brush is narrow enough to create wings and it lasts all day. I don't use these eyeliners as stand alone's though. My thing is to create a thick wing with whichever color I'm wearing that day (even the black because it's just barely not a dark enough black, although it can be by just building the color up) and then using a black liquid liner pen (I use the Physician's Formula Eye Booster Liner + Serum) along my lash line. It creates the best dramatic, thick eyelash allusion ever.
My only complaint is that the purple one dried out on me quickly, even though I keep them all sealed tightly. It might have just been the one I bought (it could have been close to outdating).
DEFINITELY recommend these :)

Although I've never tried any other gel liners to compare this to, I was pleased with my purchase. Easy to apply, and lasts a realllllly long time! Excellent for a drugstore brand product

I've been using gel eyeliners exclusively for 5+ years after having bad luck with pencils. I've tried Bobbi Brown, MAC, L'oreal, WnW and most recently Maybelline. Walgreens was having a 40% off Maybelline sale and I decided to give this eyeliner a go. This gel eyeliner comes in a small glass pot with a brush (it's not a bad quality brush but I prefer SK's angled eyeliner brush). Overall, the packaging is good; however, I was not impressed with the product. I do not find this black eyeliner as pigmented as the other gel eyeliners, and it isn't as creamy. I do not have oily eyelids; however, after 4-5 hours, I noticed major raccoon eyes. I've never had this problem with the other eyeliners I've tried, even with 10+ hours of wear. WnW provides better pigmentation, great staying power for about $4. I gave this product a good go for about 2 weeks and the raccoon eyes have been a regular issue so I will not repurchase.

Overall it's crapolla.

Pros:
-Water resistant at some extent.
-Packaging was nice and good that it comes with a brush.

Cons:
-Lack of pigmentation
-Smudges like crazy
-Very dry and flakey
-Hard to glide on due to the rough dry texture
-Expensive (AUD$16) for a crap piece of crap

This was pretty much a crap pencil liner mushed up into a jar. Don't understand all the hype. Never again with 'gel' liners.

A great staple eyeliner, not quite as amazing as the fluidline but good enough that i'll repurchase without considering other drugstore brands.

The brush they provide is of really decent quality too. It's not phenomenal when it comes to staying power as my eyelids can get oily and rub it off a bit but generally, enough will stay on to provide a defining effect for the whole day. Application is smooth as long as you put enough on the brush :) just a really great staple.

I have this product in Brown and Black and I have to say I am impressed. This product is great for my waterline because it does not run off and will stay in my outer corner unlike a liquid liner. This product WILL NOT DRY OUT! I left my jar opened on accident for an entire day and it stayed the same consistency! It is pretty creamy and stays on my eyes all day without smudging. I do use the brush it came with and it works very well for thick and thin lines. Comes off with remover. :)
