its good to keep the feet hydrated but i dont use it elsewhere on my body because its super thick and oily
I have used nivea for 22 years and to even try Made from Earth was a challenge for me but after using their Vitamin C Moisturizer - i am very happy with the results from the last 6 months! I can see a difference in the lines around my eyes, and just my skin looks and feels fresher over all. Everyone is telling me how healthy I look - Love it!
I have the small travel-sized tin of this cream. I recently took it on vacation to las Vegas because it was compact, but I really ended up disliking the product and packaging after e week was over.
The product: very thick but not very moisturizing. Hands felt greasy after using a normal amount of cream. Felt like it never soaked into my skin.
The packaging: A small metal tin about the size of a small blush compact. Not travel friendly as you need 3 hands to apply the cream while holding both tin and lid. You also have to pay attention whitest applying. If you don't, the lid will dip into the cream and make a horrible mess.
Would not recommend.
I have the pocket size 1oz tin creme. I like the ease of keeping it on hand and I wash my hands a lot. This creme helps keep it smooth and soft.
I put this product on my face and neck every night after i cleanse and tone my face. At night time my skin gets pretty dry and certain products do break me out. Except when I wake up in the morning having used this Nivea Creme my face is breakout free, moisturised and soft. I use it in both Summer and Winter. This is a great night time cream as it is very dense and quite thick. I am going to buy it over and over again! I definitely recommend this product! xo

I have a love and hate with this item. It can make my face greasy and I can break out like crazy. But sometimes my face has a nice glow too. That being said, I might smear this only during heavy winter (below 0).
Excellent product that can be used on face, lips, hands, body! I was afraid to use it on my face because I have sensitive/combo skin but I tried it one night and it did not break me out!!! Just left with very soft, smooth skin when I woke up. It is a very heavy cream that does not absorb immediately. It takes a little bit of time to get use to the texture. It has saved my skin in the harsh winters of Chicago. I always apply a thin layer before I go running too. My skin never dries out. I knew a lady who used this and even in her 60's had the most smoothest skin I had ever seen! Bravo Nivea Creme! I like the Nivea Soft as well, but find that that I like the original one much more because it is more hydrating for my skin type. No wonder it has been around for so long! I have only tried the Mexican Nivea and I really love it. I have the German version on order and will update as soon as I get it:)
EDIT: 11/27/2012 - I finally got a chance to experience the German version! It does seem to be a bit more creamy and absorbs a bit more quickly. However, I notice whenever I use the German version on my face, my skin breaks out (I must be the only one!) but the Mexican version I do not find this happening. So test to see which version works better for you:) After some experimentation, the best method I have found to apply this to my face is to leave my hands slightly damp, scooping out a bit of creme, rubbing it between my palms, then patting it on my face. It rubs so much easier this way without any tugging! A spectacular creme that is so affordable (I love the large 13.5 oz glass jar!) and helps my skin remain calm, moisturized and clear!
Edit 4/24/13: I had to stop using it on my face:( After some time, it seemed to cause milia. It ended up being too rich for my face but I love it for the rest of my body:)

My family has used this for years. It's a really great, moisturizing product. I like the packaging, it's in a metal blue tin with the word Nivea in cursive on top. The smell is iconic. It's really moisturizing for heels, hands, elbows, or even lips. Basically it's great for anything. I definitely recommend it! :)

This is cheap and effective. What more is there to say ? It is a great product for winter especially when you get those areas that are so dry they hurt. You can even use it under your eyes. This is very thick, yet It has never broken me out (even though the ingredients seem like they would be comedogenic and I have been under a derm's care for acne for YEARS). My relatives from Europe even use it on babies because it is so non-irritating. The fact that it is super cheap and easily available is definitely a plus as well.
The only down side I can say is that it comes in a pan you have to dip your finger in, which is not the most hygenic dispenser I can think of. It also does have a light scent which does not bother me but might annoy someone who is sensitive to such things.

I didn't expect to love this, but I was getting desperate about my flaky skin, so I gave it a shot. I bought a giant tub of it, and it was like the missing link in my skincare routine. Now I use Retin-A on Night 1, Walgreen's AHA lotion on Night 2, and this creme on Night 3. Then I repeat. Once a week or so, I use Olay Microdermabrasion scrub before applying this for a really good exfoliation/moisturizing combo that makes my skin GLOW. This has almost completely neutralized my dry skin. My only possible complaint is that it smells kind of medicinal to me, but that's not a serious problem, especially as I never wear it out of the house-- it's strictly a nighttime thing. Highly recommended!
