This was very easy to draw with, had a nice black color.
It smudges though.
also it is so easy to go thru these pencils because they are extremely soft and it keeps breaking when you sharpen it. It is terrible to sharpen. Most of it is wasted this way.

First of all, I would like to say that I have used this prodcut for years-I ahve not tried it for a day and thrown it away. I really liked it because it was so cheap and the color was so dark. Now, I kept on having to repurchase them because it would rub off in a few hours and after a while, it got chalky. Now, I think that its a better deal to buy a more expensive eyeliner, because this can add up. Anyways, it is very nicely pigmented, but it is really smudgy. Unless you want this to last for an hour, I suggest that you do not purchase it. Oh, and that plastic cover can break really easily too.

They reformulated the pencil and it is MUCH better than before, glides easier.

This was the worst eye pencil I have ever used. But then what could I excpet for 99 cents? This pencil is so hard to put on, you have to press so hard to get any actual color on your eyes, and it hurts! It doesnt work well at all and I DEFINATLEY do not recomend it whatsoever - ew

good and cheap. however it does smudge easily and is not the best. i use this when i am on the go which is everyday.

I kind of like this eyeliner, its a steal at .99 cents, but it doesnt last very long and wears off quickly. I usually use it before I put on liquid eyeliner because its easier to put on liquid eyeliner and get a straight line (at least for me).

I don't know if it's just in my city but I saw this product couple weeks ago and it said on the packaging that the formula was better than before. So I bought 1 and tried it at home. I saw an improvement from the previous ones. It applied a little bit smoother. They did a great job improving it but it could still use some improvement. They could make the color darker. There's still no smudging though so that's great

absolutely horrible! it is only .99 cents and they do give you a lot... but what good is it if is tears at you eyes and smudges at the drop of a hat. never again will i buy this product.

The black, smokey grey and taupe eye liners in this line are a staple in my make up bag. I think the pigment is as good as the higher end products I have purchased in the past. I also love how the color lasts with these pencils. These pencils seem to last forever because of how much product you get for so little price. In order for this product to not tug at my eyelids I have to warm up the pencils by blowing on them. Other than that there is not a problem with this product.

So-so pencil eyeliner. Great black color, but difficult to apply without poking yourself. Maybe soften it up a bit by rubbing it in your hands.
