When I saw this eyeshadow I thought OMG I gotta have it!!! I ADORE glitter and glittery eye makeup and this eyeshadow looked GORGEOUS in the pot!!! I always use MAC eyeshadow but since MAC doesn't have anything like this I bought it, my first (and only lol) Urban Decay eyeshadow!!!
It's a gorgeous true silver color with silver glitter added to it (not shimmer, glitter!!! that's what makes it soo good!!!). However, sadly this is such a disappointment=( The silver color shows up just fine, but not much glitter shows up on the lids (wish there was a lot more of it!! a lot more glitter ends up on my cheeks than on my lids when I'm applying this!!) and in minutes all the glitter has fallen off my lids and eye makeup and it's all over my face, and all I'm left with on my lids and eyes is the silver eyeshadow, no glitter at all. All the glitter falls to my face and such... but no glitter remains on my eyes!!! And the silver eyeshadow that is left is very pretty, but it tends to fade and even though the color is gorgeous its quality isn't the best...
When you apply it it makes such a huge glittery mess too lol!!! The glitter falls and gets all over my face and everywhere, and since it's glitter and not regular eyeshadow it's much harder (really hard) to take it all off.
Wish the glitter remained in place and lasted and it'd be one of my favorite eyeshadows!!! However it doesn't at all, so it's nothing special, just another disappointing beauty product.

This shadow is insane! not in an entirely bad way, but wow! glitter much? HELLO. i would only dab this on if im going out somewhere where its very dimmly lit, that way the glitter on the eyes should stand out a bit, but the inevitable strays on your cheeks, nose, chin, clothes, hair, fingers, forehead, boyfriends temple, dinner plate, in your merlot.....wont be AS noticeable.

Uzi by urban decay is a beautiful shade of a light metallic silver. But the reason why Im so reluctant to wear it because of the mass amount of sparkles that gets all over your face and your clothes. While the sparkels are very pretty- Its a hassle to place something over your face just to put eyeshadow on -especially if your on the go.
If you read the outer packaging of Uzi it does say it has sparkle and even the description of the shade online...but my goodness I didnt prepare for that much!!
I got this even after reading the reviews I dunno why. It did leave glitter all over my face in a few hours. I'm not sure if I want that look anymore. I still go out time to time but being almost 30 and with 2 kids... I don't think I'm into the whole glitter look anymore. I think I'm going to return this one.
I like this for fun evening occassions...but like others have said, you definitely need to use it wet, or on top of something like a bit of vaseline...otherwise, you will have little sparklies all over your cheeks. It has a lot of glitter and is silver-based, so a little itty bit goes the distance.
A great, fun look but you just have to prepared that the adorable sparklies will not stay put. usually winds up all over my cheeks and on the people i'm dancing with! i would like to find a more adhesive silver sparkler, but until then this is still fun and adds a lot - even when it winds up on my cheeks! edit: oh and guys LOVE it for some reason. i swear i have never worn anything that has gotten more compliments from guys. maybe they have simple make up tastes and the sparklies just catch their eye! so this is perfect for a flirty clubbing night...
Terrible product! I was hoping for a nice, velvety texture a la SWF or UVB, but instead my Uzi was hard, chalky and filled with nothing but glitter, ugh! I promptly swapped this one away, and am currently waiting on MAC's Electra, which I'm hoping is the silver e/s I'm searching for.
I originally left a bad review for this one, and heaven help me, I almost swapped it away. All I can say is, I am SO glad I kept it.
There's definitely a lot of loose glitter that goes all over the place, so if that's not your thing, you probably won't like that. HOWEVER, if you're into lots of sparkles, this stuff rocks. The only catch is that you HAVE to use a base, or else it won't stick and it makes a mess. I use MAC shadesticks as my base, and they work great with this shadow. UDPP or even some concealer in a pinch would probably work fine. You also have to make sure you put plenty of it on - use a strong brush or your finger, and do not skimp. This stuff is seriously a ton of fun, but you have to be willing to give it a chance, and not be afraid to go heavy on it. continued >>

This is my #1 favorite shadow in the world. I'm a ppp and this is just gorgeous!. First you HAVE TO USE YOUR FINGER, not a brush. It shows up a light shimmery white shade w/ silver glittler. When I've used my glitter, no specks have falling on my cheak. I actually get tons of compliments on this shadow, ironically mostly from guys, they'll just say it looks really pretty and then ask about it lol. It's not totally out there like some say, it's so gorgeous and if you use your finger, all it takes is one swipe and your good to go!

Works best as a hilighter, otherwise I wouldn't reccommend it. And even then, I'd suggest using the silver-colored MAC pigment or the silver e/s hook-up from mark. The texture on this is, as everyone else has said, far too rough and gritty. The glitter goes everywhere - in your eyes, on your skin - and it keeps falling off all day. There's also not a huge amount of this, considering you need to put a fairly large amount on to make a difference. I really wasn't pleased with this product, especially at the price.
