This is my favorite powder I use the sponge that comes with it and it just leaves my face looking flawless. I have tried using this product with a brush but it doesn't give the flawless look. Another great product from Chanel...

I love love this loose powder and it stays put for such a long time. It's super silky and soft too. AND it lasts a long time! It lasted me for about 2 years of daily use.
I have it's puff and it's smell though. eeyyk!
I wouldn't purchase again because there are probably other products that have the same quality but cheaper, and does not smell icky!

A superior must have loose podwer that feels like no other I´ve tried..
I got this in 50 Péche which is a perfect match for my NC25, I´ve always hated loose podwer because they made me look like a ghost whereas this one just add luminosity and perfection to my skin, it has little shimmer when you see it on the pot but dissapears once on the face.
HG! I think everybody should try it! It´s very important to find your match colour though I think this one would suit NC20-27

I generally hate loose powder form products as they are messy. I'm still quite messy with this, but I'm truly in love with this.

It sets my fdt well and helps my fdt stay on my skin looking nice longer. FYI, I'm curently using MUFE HD Primer under CdP liquid fdt. It doesn't settle into fine lines but it will settle into a deep line - I have one under my right eye and jeez, I'm in my early 20s only. Anyway, it doesn't irritate or dry out my cheeks like the Becca one. It controls shine at my T-zone pretty well too, which can get oily sometimes. Touch up isn't necessary and ofc, I'd look better if I do so - I only blot and re-apply loose powder. Since this is clumpsy to bring out jsut to touch-up/ travel purposes, occassionally I touch-up lightly with my powdr fdt (Vitalumiere Eclat, also from Chanel) and hmmm, the oilies seem to come back quicker.

The powder itself is finely milled and it makes my skin looking so soft and smooth yet light and toucheable. I can't say this is completely matte... When I use this on top of my CdP liquid fdt, it looks matte as it made my fdt looking less shimmery. I'm not sure if it's because when I apply the powder with a brush, some of the shimmer particles are swiped off. However, when used on bare skin, my skin looks healthily glowy.

Honestly, not much coverage here and I don't think you should expect much from a loose powder.

I have this in #20 clair (translucent 1) and it's a good match for me. I've neutral fair skintone though probably leaning towards the cool side. I'm usually the lightest shade in most of the Japanese brands (like I10 with Cle de Peau) and I'm #10 Albatre in Chanel's Teint Innocence.

The scent with the powder is strong when in the jar and you can still smell it when you're applying the powder. However, once it's done, you can hardly detect the scent. Therefore the scent doesn't bother me at all, especially it doesn't cause irritation or breakouts or whatsoever after 3 months of continuous usage.

Going to the price, the initial investment is a bit expensive but for the quality and quantity, I think this pdt well worths the price tag. It does what it has to do and it comes in a generous 30g amount. Most h/e brands loose powder of similar price range have way less product than Chanel's. When actually compared to other h/e brands, Chanel's cheap, lol. Good buy for me and will definitely re-purchase.

I got this in shade #3 at the Paris duty free for around $40 US three years ago. I use it as a powder foundation over my sunscreen and moisturizer. The shade is perfect for my NC45 DDD/GGG complexion and doesn't chalk me out as a lot of other loose powders do, as most aren't formulated to be "translucent" on us darkies. This one is truly translucent - it mattes down the oilies I get from applying sunscreen and gives me a matte glow. You an't even tell I am wearing powder - I just looked "finished." :asts all day - don't need to reapply. It came with a little puff that I never use - instead I apply the bare minimum on my Shu 18R and buff it in. I started using it this summer and it's going to last forever, I can tell.

Big waste of money! I got this as a christmas gift from a loved one. I was really happy about this product because the packaging was so pretty. I am NC 25 and the Chanel SA recommended Shade 30 Naturel for me. It really didn't go well on my skin, my skin appeared very pale and red at the same time. It made my nose redder (my nose is incredibly red) and I pretty much looked like Rudolf walking with two legs.

I don't recommend this! But then again, I haven't found the perfect loose powder yet! My search continues!

I regretted buying this because it is not suitable for my skin type. I have oily skin and this does not control the oil on my face. The powder is indeed fine and smells good and the amount will last a long time, but unfortunately just not for me. I've switched to MAC blot powder and that is incredibly oil-absorbing.

I bought this in Translusent 1 20 clair ,it is really finely-milled powder and it sets my makeup very well. I love the semi-matte finish and so far seems control my oily T-zone well (I also have the pressed version of it which is all good except failing to control my oily forehead). The package is nice but huge, the sponge is not as ugly as other ones Chanel attached ( really think they should improve their pad or sponge).Anyway, overall it's a fantastic setting powder

Lovely finishing touch! It lasts all day and makes skin looking flawless. I would never-ever buy anything else, but this powder!
