I personally think this perfume smells amazing. I have not bought it I just sampled it. However, I feel her advertising is partly what is it making people frustrated more than the actual product itself. Even though it smells wonderful, I found myself feeling disappointed the first time I smelled it too because I was expecting something soo unique and exotic and it just didn't live up to that. Nontheless I still lovee the smell and I am planning on purchasing it. I also love how it is black liquid! That adds it's own unique sexiness to this product.

This perfume is not unique, smells like the makeup/beauty dept in a dept store, very generic. The bottle is nice though, was expecting more.

I really like this fragrance. I bought the soap, and got a free tester wit it. The tester is one of the few testers I ever use! I am thinking of buying the perfume even though it's pretty expensive.

Sickly sweet, slightly indolic, but very plain and flat. Kind of like cotton candy with a vague hint of rot. It actually reminded me of another celebrity scent- snookie's. It could have just as easily have been a paris hilton fragrance.

I have little opinion of lady gaga one way or the other. I like that she's a very unique person in terms of style especially. But the same can't be said of her fragrance so I guess I was expecting a lot more.

Smelled really overpowering... and actually sweet. Like weirdly sweet.. I was expecting more of a ... i dont know manly scent? I only smelled it at the drugstore, but God thats nasty. Anyways, I'm not buying it even if I did like it. I heard they put her blood, and some guys sperm in that thaaang. o.o

This fragrance has a sweet scent. Reminded me of Grapes for some reason. The packaging looks very high end will look nice on a vanity but the price is too expensive for a scent that is some what like a fruity body spray. The Color is black but when sprayed becomes clear so dont worry. Would I buy this again? No would rather buy something else for that price.

I got a chance to smell this scent today at a counter and, actually as I expected, and actually as with so many of those celebrity scents, it was underwhelming. Cheap, sweet, chemical, awful.( I for my part wouldn't buy anything from Ms. Germanotta anyway, as she is promoting wearing real fur all the time and I despise that.) Apart from that I'm a little surprised that so many here write that they "expected more from Lady Gaga". Why exactly? You don't really believe she herself "invented" this scent with her own hands and nose? Those celebrity scents are produced cheaply by some big corporation, the celebrities get an awful lot of money for allowing them to print their name on it, and finally those scents are sold over the counter with a profit margin of at least 1000 percent to fans who really believe they buy something of "their" star. But that, of course, is just my humble opinion.

Simply awful. A cheap smelling floral concoction that left me feeling nauseous. I am disappointed with the product, as it was overhyped and underwhelming- sort of expected more from Lady Gaga, to be honest!

You know when you walk past a perfume counter, and you're struck with that muddled mishmash of fragrance? You can't pick out any single notes, and it's just a smell you'd describe as "perfume". Unfortunately, this is my impression of Lady Gaga's FAME. The most unexpected thing about it is that it is totally generic. I think I would feel better if this was daring to the point that I could actually call it a "bad" perfume, an experiment in the art of smell, pushing comfort zones and boundaries like Mother Monster is famous for. Instead, it is a very safe attempt at the art of fragrance, falling completely flat no matter how long I wait in vain for it to morph or do something exciting. Hello Kitty perfumes have more oomph than this.

Poorly executed, huge disappointment. I am glad I was able to get a sample so I did not waste money on this hype-in-a-bottle.
