Do not buy this mascara, unless you want clumpy lashes, smudgy, and a illusion of no lashes! I don't like this mascara at all. The brush is really small which causes my lashes to clump, and after a few hours they mascara stars to smudge. I am very disappointing.

I ALWAYS review products before I purchase them. I went against my better judgement and decided to try this instead of purchasing my usual HG mascara. Boy was I disappointed.

I really am not a fan of this mascara. The formula is super watery and actually seems to weigh my lashes down. It doesn't coat evenly and it takes a great amount of effort to get it to look good. I can usually make any mascara work, no matter how bad it is, but this one I can only do so much with. It doesn't look AS bad with two coats, but you have to be careful because it will clump at the root and make your lashes look super spidery.

On the plus side, it wasn't hard to get off thank god. It also has a good genuine black color which is nice.

While it's not absolutely unusable, I will never ever repurchase it. I'll use this tube until it's gone, but then I'm going back to my HG. I should have never strayed!

fyi: I have pretty long, almost eyebrow length lashes. It's a little hard to make my lashes not look right :/

This mascara left my lashes feeling like plastic. Also did not give good volume.

Great brush, smeary formula! I have stick straight short spare Asian lashes. I opt for length and flare rather than volume, since volumizing mascaras just weigh my lashes down, so I was excited to try Cat Eye! How disappointing. While it held a decent curl, delivered on the outer corner flare, and defined the lashes well, it smudged within 15 minutes. The only good thing about the formula is that it never clumps and builds well. But what's the point of piling on more mascara that smears? The 2 lippies is for the brush. I love it. It combs and seperates and holds a curl great. I actually threw away the mascara but use the wand in my Maybelline Falsies Flare tube.

I love my cat eyes, down to the dramatic liner. I fell for the cute name and the adorable leopard spotted packaging. But that was where the good things end.
I opened the tube and put on a couple of coats to get a feel for the brush and application. The formula is way too wet and makes your lashes clump together. I looked like i had twigs instead of lashes. Second, is that awful stench! Why, Maybelline? Why do you have to add fragrance to your mascaras? It smells like rotting roses in a swamp. Definitely not a scent I want to wear. I had such high hopes for this mascara, but it fell way short.

I try all the new mascaras but what a disappointment this one was:
1] It CLUMPS - I use 2 coats for oomph and there is no way to apply this
mascara without that happening. Think Tammy Fay Baker.
2] My average length lashes did not look even a little bit longer.
3] What good is volume if your lashes clump?
4] My lashes would not hold a curl, even though I used a lash curler.
So I am going back to my favorites:
-Maybelline One by One and
-Mally Beauty Voluminous.

I was so excited about buying this product! BUT, I didn't really like it. they claim to give you a flared out cat eyes look which isn't true, but it does volumize and lengthen. it would of been a pretty good mascara, if they didn't claim it to give you the flared lashes look. my lashes also looked like spider legs and not attractive. It was a prettygood mascara, but just didn't do what it claimed to do.

This is my new favorite mascara! First off the packaging is super attractive with its cute yellow tube and leopard spots. I accidentally picked this up in the waterproof formula and I wish I hadn't because I hate waterproof mascara. This mascara performs amazingly well. It gives LOADS of volume and length. It doesn't clump. I rarely do more than two coats and I don't curl my lashes when I use this. This definitely gives me a false lash effect, someone actually asked me if I was wearing falsies or if they were real. This gives way more of a false lash effect then the falsies mascara but to be fair my lashes were always a descent length to begin with but not really super thick. With this mascara my lashes honestly reach my eyebrows and they look cute and flirty. This curls my lashes really well and I think it's because of the very curved brush (which I love). I payed a little over $7 for this at ulta but I'm sure it's a couple dollars cheaper at walmart. Also I do think this gives the cat eyes effect. My lashes are flared outward when I use this and it's super gorgeous. Will definitely repurchase. UPDATE: I recently used this for my prom makeup(: I had to buy another one before I was even close to finishing my first one because I lost it. Also i repurchased it in the waterproof formula because I actually like it. Even though it's waterproof it doesn't pull my lashes out when I'm trying to remove it

This mascara CLUMMMPPPPED like none other!!
It made it look like I had three, fat, sticky lashes, which was totally not attractive. The packaging, to me, looked tacky, the brush always seemed to have WAY too much product on it, and the formula was just as sticky as bubble gum.
It. Was. Disgusting.
Not worth the money at all.
Plus, the product flaked and smeared all day long, peppering my face with tiny black clumps of crumbly mascara.When I applied it to my lower lashes as well, it smeared and gave me panda-eyes.
