I had to run out and get this after reading somewhere that they use this on the Vampire Diaries for the character of Caroline Forbes. I absolutely love this! It is such a gorgeous color. It's a bright, warm, glowy pink. It is very pigmented and I think it would look great on a lot of skin tones. I have very pale, fair skin and this looks so amazing and polished.
Like many others, I got sucked in by the cute multicolored hearts. Ironically, the thing that bugs me the most about this blush is also the multicolored hearts. Actually, there's only one specific heart that bugs me - the medium sized one on the right side of the compact that's at least three shades darker than any of the other hearts. Because it's so much darker than the other hearts, you always have to be very aware of where you're putting your brush in the compact. Aside from that, everything else is pretty satisfactory. The brush is probably useless, but I never use the included brushes so I don't really mind. Overall, not something worth repurchasing.

I am NW15, and this is a BEAUTIFUL stunning amazing blush on me. I highly recommend it to any NW15 or other. It smells so lovely, and the color reminds me on how Vanessa Paradis looks on the Spring 2011 Chanel ads, it comes off so naturally flushed on my cheeks. Only con is that the packaging is obnoxious because the compact takes up far more room than the actual pan - this is one to depot if you can.
This is a great product for the price, you will enjoy it :)
As sad as this is, the packaging is what caught my eye. But as soon as I used it, I knew this stuff was for me. First of all, it smells good and comes with a mirror and brush. The blush is also easy to open and close and distributes colour easily and evenly. Personally, I can't think of any besides the fact that it is a tad expensive. I would definitely buy this product again.
Packaging - yes, it's ugly and clunky BUT it doesn't fall apart the 3rd time you open it like some I could mention (can you hear me, mark?).
Product - the smell neither offends nor makes me burst into song.
The powder is large and small hearts in pink, rose, peach and light brown/bronze on a champagne background. In the container it looks very shimmery like a highlighter but on the skin it's more matte with a bit of 'glow'. But here's the WOW factor: it is pigmented! Yes it is. And what you put on stays on until you take it off. No fading what so ever. Use a light hand if your on the fair side. I use a fan brush for this one and it's just beautiful.
You can also use a smaller buff brush and pick up more pink, or peach, or bronze. That's the great thing about this blush. You can play with it for different looks. I also use just a little of this and then apply MAC's Pinch of Peach (which is really a lovely pink with a tendency to fade off into thin air rather quickly) for staying power.
Gave this a 5 because it was worth the $$ and I would buy it again but this container will probably last through two lifetimes.
I looove the packaging its cute and flirty. The blush/bronzer on the other hand is okay not the best out there, but does give you pretty colours on your face. It was veryyyy expensive! ($21 Shoppers) :O I wish it would be talc-free also.. The brush sucks ballz, but the mirror is handy. People say that a lot Physicians Formula products are bulky packaging, but I love the packaging its not big/bulky its a great size makes me feel like I got my moneys worth.. :P
- Pretty colours to choose from
- Cute packaging
- Nice mirror
- Brush is lame
- Goes on face not as good as I'd like
THIS IS MY HG BLUSH (: the cute hearts, pink packaging... the flip-out mirror? OMG COOL! i love it love it love it! it smells so nice~! and i love how it has different shades of pink and pale champagnes that are perfect for highlighting! i was worried it was gonna be too shimmery... but its not!!!!!! Thumbs up!!! (Y)
This blush is very pretty. It took me a couple of times to apply it right, because you need very little of it. I love the packaging, and the fact that you could use a smaller brush (like a face brush) to choose specific colors that you like.
I didn't want to spend the $15(CAD) on this, but I am just so cuckoo for makeup. That seems to be the only justification I need. What really had me sold? The words "Natural" and "Blush" both on one label. Cute, girly pink hearts. A convenient compact mirror. PHYSICIAN'S FORMULA IS ANIMAL CRUELTY-FREE! Does this blush boost my mood? Heck yes it does! This blush is 7g of gorgeous! The first time I wore it my mom said, "Your make-up looks really, REALLY nice today. I didn't want to tell you because I know it'd go right to your head. The blush is pretty. What is that?" : )
As an uber-girlie girl who adores makeup and always has, I think this product is a stroke of genius from a marketing standpoint: An adorable compact decorated with shimmery, puffy hearts that not only promises a glow, but a mood boost as well? Yes, please!
I actually got my blush for free with the purchase of the Happy Booster powder (at Target), and I'm glad I did. I find that this leaves a wash of natural looking color with just a hint of shimmer. (For the record, I'm not a fan of shimmery products; this one is definitely subtle.)
I've only been using this for a week, but as others have noted, there seems to be plenty of product in the compact; I can't imagine running out of this any time soon. Also as others noted, I wasn't a fan of the brush that was included, but really, I never expect to use any of the brushes that come with the packaging; they tend to be far too small (understandably).
Oddly enough, I don't pick up much of a scent from this at all, neither from the powder nor the blush...disappointing, since I'm a scent kind of girl. But I love the natural looking flush this gives me, so I can't really complain.
