This hair mask made my hair unbelievably silky! I couldn't stop running my fingers through my hair after I used it. My only real beef with it is that it's too pricey for me, especially since I don't tend to fuss over my hair. (My skin is a different story, however...) My co-worker is crazy about this stuff and apparently has tubes of it all over her house, so she kindly gave one to me. As much as I like this product, I don't think I'd spend the money on it.

This hair mask is ok. It definitely smells better than my LUSH the Strokes. I find that it's great after you use it but it doesn't keep my hair shiny and soft for more than 2-3 days. Also the product just doesn't cover my hair well -the directions say to apply to damp hair but the shea butter is too slippery. As a result, I end up using more product. I'll keep looking for another effective hair mask but I think I'll have to go back to the smelly Lush the Strokes one.

This does not moisturize at all. When I rinsed it out it was like I did nothing to my hair. I should have just poured it down the drain, because it felt like a waste of money. I will not repurchase.

I love the FF glossing system and hairspray, so I bought a sample pack of his other products. This was in there and I couldn't wait to try. I have fine, wavy hair that tangles easily, so I need a good conditioner. This was bad, it did not condition at all. I could not comb through my hair, it seemed to tangle it. I will stick with the Matrix colored hair mask for now.

I've only used this product once, but after one use, I think it definitely attributed to very lusciously soft hair that I loved running my fingers through. I didn't use this as a conditioner, but exactly as it states on the package. I used clarifying shampoo first (as one reviewer had suggested) then stuck the mask on and stepped out of the shower for about 25 min. After which I rinsed and shampooed, conditioned and styled as normally. My hair definitely took on a soft and lovely feel that even my husband remarked on (and he never notices a thing!) I took one lippie off mostly for the price as shea butter is a nice product, but not as expensive to buy as these high end lines advertise it!

This is my second favorite Fekkai product. I use it as a conditioner though! Glad I came here to read about it. I will try it as a "mask" like eveyone says. I usually wash my hair towel dry and leave on as long as I want. I have left it on anywhere from 1hr-overnight. Even using it wrong it makes my hair nice. Smooths it, tames frizz, adds shine, and leaves a subtle scent that makes me feel good! It is thick and buttery textured, so like someone else said cut open the end and scrape the remainder out. I have tried a lot of deep conditioning products and this is my fave!

This was not cheap, at $8 for a travel sized bottle. I followed the directions: apply to towel dried hair. It did not say to apply to shampooed hair, so I just wet my hair down, towel dried it, and put this on. I then sat, with water dripping down my neck, for 20 minutes, thinking "this better be worth it." I then jumped in the shower, rinsed it out, shampooed, and conditioned as usual. Wow, was my hair soft the next day! The frizzies were a lot less, my curl was bouncy, my hair just looked soft and healthy. I also loved the scent of this. It was not overpowering, just a nice shea butter smell, that did not last after it was washed out. THIS IS NOT A CONDITIONER. It is a hair mask. You use it, *then* you wash your hair. Good stuff, but boy is it expensive, and yeah, I'm going to shell out the $$$$ for the full size. Bummer.

THIS IS NOT A CONDITIONER. After leaving this on, you're supposed to SHAMPOO and condition as usual. This is the BEST stuff out there. After using it the night before, a coworker came up to me and noticed how shiny my hair was. My hair feels like silk and actually shines after using this. My coworker friend went out and bought it and is hooked. This stuff is amazing. I have dry, thick, fine, highlighted hair that had been looking frizzy and lifeless. I also have some grays coming in that are causing my hair to be more like wire (it's time for another highlighting!), anyway, I used this stuff and WOW - my hair shines and feels amazing. I use it once a week. I can tell that it's still "there" after two or three more shampoos. It says to keep it on for 20 minutes, but I've actually slept in it. Note: it works just as good if you leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes. Everyone should try this. It REALLY is different.

FOR BEST RESULTS: Work product through TOWEL-DRIED hair. Leave on for up to TWENTY minutes. SHAMPOO and RINSE WELL! Use WEEKLY.

That was RIGHT off the bottle. Some people who wrote these reviews are obviously incapable of reading directions. Some people said they left it on for 40 minutes? It says up to 20. Also, like the review below states, it is NOT a conditioner, it says to use BEFORE you shampoo. Yet, some of the reviews below state the shampooed first? READ THE DIRECTIONS. Also, people say they used it every day? Once again, read the directions, it says to use once weekly.

I think since I actually FOLLOW directions, I love this product. It makes my damaged (from coloring and straightening) hair look so vibrant and healthy. They must have changed the pricing though because mine was $22, and not $32 as others mentioned. But I definitely will be buying this again!:)

I feel the need to write a review on this product. First and definately foremost THIS IS NOT CONDITIONER!!!! There are so many bad reviews of people saying it was a crappy conditioner, but that is not it's intended use!!!! The directions on the tube specifically say to use before shampooing! I was really curious about this product and shelled out the money for the trial size. I was iffy about using it becuase of the reviews here but thought what the hell. I wet my hair, put this on and clipped it up. I left it on for 45 minutes or so and then took a shower, washed and conditioned and my hair felt great afterwards. When I blowdried it, it felt super soft and really just in great condition. When my trial size runs out I WILL buy the big tube! The product smells great and it really does improve the overall healthy look of your hair. So if you want to try this please keep in mind: it is not intended to be used as a conditioner!!!!
