I actually really liked this! I've heard alot of buzz about this pressed powder, & it really lived up to its rep. I normally don't gravitate toward any Rimmel products because I believe it's cheap quality, but this proved me wrong. When I apply it covers my imperfections nicely & provides a matte finish for quite an amount of time. I highly recommend this to anyone who suffers from oily skin as I do. xx continued >>

I picked this up after rave reviews from a YTer I follow and I'm SO impressed! $7 and it works great... mattifies and keeps my oily skin matte for atleast 8 hours. Never cakey or oxidized. My only complaint is the packaging, but as for the product itself, 5 stars.

I picked this up simply because I was tired of spending a lot of money for powder - I don't really need coverage, I just use a translucent shade to set my makeup. I got this for seven bucks here in Canada, which is about on par with other drugstore powders.
It works like a dream - really good mattifying power, and it stays matte all day. I don't even have to reapply throughout the day and because I got the transparent color it doesn't oxidize at all, which is a problem I have with some foundations/powders since I am, no joke, the whitest person I know.
The reason I give this 4/5 is because of the packaging. It is the cheapest, crappiest plastic thing ever and the lid comes off really easily. So this is not for travelling at all. Shame, because I'd pay a bit more if they had a mirror or just a flip lid.

This I love! It is perfect for setting makeup! I find it unique in transparent powders in that it really is transparent and does not leave a white cast (not even at all) that I find a lot do. I think the price is so low, especially for the quality.

I think the packaging is just OK but it does not really lock well, so it would not be great for a purse.

I love the smell! Wow! It is very faint and does not linger on the skin but it has this really fresh smell that I enjoy!

I find that this does perform really well in keeping my skin matte without looking chalky or cakey. If I forget it, I do notice some shine, which is how I base it on having good performance.

I am not really a fan of Rimmel in general (lip glosses and mascaras are not too good IMO) but this is great! I will buy this again for sure, but I am not sure it will be anytime soon, since you get a big pan of it.

Okay this is one of my favourite powders EVER and quite cheap too ($15NZD). It absobrs oil like nobody's business, and I find I can go a 7am - 5 pm day with only having to blot maybe ONCE, if that. Considering I am an oily skinned girl, and my current foundation has a bit of a dewy effect, this works amazing. I love the smell as well, and the shade really blends transparent. Yeah, the packaging is kinda annoying coz the lid keeps popping off but this doesn't personally bother me because I only need to use it ONCE in the morning, and so don't carry it around with me. DEFINITELY recommend!

This is one of the best drugstore powders. I am using the transparent powder as a setting powder for my liquid foundation. It really makes your face matte and shine-free. In terms of staying power, it really lasts all day. I don't have to use blotting sheets since my face stays matte with this powder. I really love this! It works like a charm. The only downside for me is the packaging. I do hope that the lid is connected to the container. I don't put this on my bag because I'm afraid that the lid will come off and the product will be scattered all over my bag. Overall, I think this is a good buy. I will definitely recommend this.

This powder is one of my all time 'go-to' make up products. I have been using it for such a long time and I have re-purchased it at least 3 times.
The shade 'transparent' is absolutely perfect for my skin tone and I am so glad that there is a drugstore powder that is affordable and doesn't leave my skin looking orange or my make up looking 'caked'.
I feel like the powder sets my make up in place and helps it stay on throughout the day.
Another thing I love about this product is that you can just take it out with you and top it up throughout the day, it is build-able so reapplying while you're out won't make it look thick or 'cakey'.
The only thing I don't like about this product is that every compact that I have owned ends up breaking the powder so I end up having to use it as a loose powder instead of a pressed powder. Also, the packaging isn't very secure as the lid easily falls off when the powder is in your bag.

I prefer my powder to be sheer. This product is too heavy and noticeable.

I use this product regularly, it retails around £3.99 which is good value for money as it lasts quite a while, depending on how much coverage you want. Although it provides a fairly even coverage for me, I find that after a few hours it can look patchy and uneven. Overall a good product for the price.

THE BEST DRUGSTORE POWDER EVER!!!!!!!!!! this is my go to powder it leaves a nice matte finish and it keeps my oil controlled for an extra 3 to 4 hours. it doesn't extenuate any dry areas i might have. it comes with a lot of product compared to normal powders and it much cheaper i find it to only be 3 to 4 dollars at target. the packaging sucks but the powder is worth the terrible packaging. i'm on my 5 powder and i always come back to it.
