This is the best cleanser I have ever used. Most cleansers do very little in removing makeup and while this does not remove everything it leaves my skin feeling a lot cleaner than other products. This doesn't do much in removing eye makeup, but it wasn't meant to; I don't recommend putting this near your eyes as it stings A LOT if you get it in your eye >< Otherwise it is actually quite a gentle cleanser and I like the micro-beads, it's a very gentle exfoliator that can be used everyday. This product is awesome!! My skin was breaking out so much because I have been wearing more make up lately. This has really helped my skin clear up and I love ho it lathers so nicely. I actually look forward to using it in the evening!

I also use their pore cleanser (for my acne) about twice a week to help with occasional break outs but I have not had a bad breakout like I used to.

I bought this just yesterday, eager to try it out, and when I used it in my evening skin routine, it made my skin feel very clean. The "micro-scrubs" felt like it was exfoliating my skin, and my face felt very clean afterwards. It is recommended to use a moisturizer after because to me, it felt like it stripped my face of its natural oils, but then again, the plant/fruit extracts in the product will help my skin in the long run.
I really like the scent of this product, as with all of Laneige's. It is a light citrus scent that is not too strong or weak.
Although its only been a few times since I used it, it already feels like it is worth every penny (:

This is my favourite cleanser for removing makeup residue as well as for general cleansing. It smells nice and fresh (like other Laneige products) and it makes my skin squeaky clean! The microbeads and foaming of the product helps alot with cleaning. If you use it too much in the dry winter months it can be a bit drying on your skin so to combat this just don't use it daily and moisturise really well. Love this product and would (already have) repurchase again and again!

I actually bought this cleanser after reading the rave reviews from MUA and I gotta say I'm glad I did. I was a little skeptical because I never tried Laneige for skincare before but I was happily surprised. I had sensitive oily acne-prone skin but after using this product, along with Clinique moisture-surge gel, I feel that my skin has definitely improved. My skin looks much clearer and my skin tone looks more even as well. I feel much more confident about my skin now and I love how smooth my skin feels. I have tried other cleansers such as dermalogica, shiseido, shu emura oil, SK II, cetaphil, origins, dior, lancome but so far this is my favorite~!

i am in love in Laneige products! and this cleanser is definitely part of my Top 3. first I use MAC's Cleanse-Off Oil concentrating gently on my eye makeup. then i use this cleanser and my face is so refreshed and clean! a little goes a long way.. trust me, you'll feel it in the lather ;)

Pleasant scent, very refreshing. I don't know why people complained about the fruity scent.

The beads are very tiny and almost undetectable.
Leaves my skin feeling very clean. I've only used it for a week so not too sure whether it is too drying. I have combination skin.
It's always good to moisture after each wash.

Don't use it to remove eye makeup since it will cause stinging.

ok, so i have read many of the reviews on this product and im kinda confused on why people hate this product because it doesnt remove eye make-up....doesnt anyone realise or KNOW that you are NOT supposed to use facial cleansers to take of your eye-makeup? do you realise that it can damage your eyes regardless of the product boasting about it's eye makeup removing abilities? that is why we have separate eye makeup removing lotion etc, that are made specifically for the eye area thus NOT DAMAGING YOUR EYES.

anyway, about the product....i get dry and tight skin very easily and have to apply moisturizer straight after cleansing....Laneige did leave my skin feeling tight but it doesnt actually visibly dry up my skin like some other products out there do....everytime i wash my skin with Multi Cleanser, i KNOW that my skin is being deeply cleansed because i can feel it for once and secondly once i finish rinsing it off and drying my skin with a towel, i dont get any resides on the towel ^_^...of course i top it up with toner to remove any thing i cant see :D
but this is by far the best cleanser i have EVAR come across, and i shall be using it for the rest of moi lifey!

My skin is combination (oily t zone, normal-dry cheeks). I have to be careful with new products as my skin is very sensitive too and every try means possibility of redness and blemishes which need lot of time to heal. I got this product about two years ago after my friend recommended it to me. As she has perfect skin, I decided to give it a try.


So far, I can't complain much. It works. It removes makeup well and leaves my skin clean. The skin feels a little bit dry immediately after application as it has to be rinsed and water makes me feel pretty dry anyway. But as it should be followed by moisturizer, it's ok.


I especially like using this product when I've worn heavy makeup, because in conjuction with my pre-cleanser, it just gets rid of all traces of grime. I've also removed eye makeup with this and it does work. I like that it contains vitamin E and some other fruit extracts. The smell is citrusy like orange, and I don't mind it at all. I only need a pea size as it foams up pretty well.


The only problem I have with this is that it can dry my skin if I use it everyday, and I can get flaky, even on my oily areas. But I don't experience that anymore as I only use this product when I've worn lots of makeup or just want a good deep cleansing. Primarily, this is a MAKEUP REMOVER. If you just want a regular cleanser, this would be okay, but it's ideal use is as a makeup remover.

This cleanser smells like pomellos; the Asian grapefruit. I got it because of a YT review that said it would take off makeup, it doesn't, the the eye makeup anyway "DOES NOT REMOVE EYE MAKEUP - LINER OR MASCARA". This strips my face of its oils like crazy! Makes my face feel so tight after washing with this and it feels like there's a lot of chemicals in the formula. It stings my face when I wash with warm water. My pores open when I use this especially when I use luke warm water to wash with this stuff. This is a very overrated product that does nothing that regular detergent soap won't do! If you have Dry & Sensitive skin - STAY AWAY! It only looks nice in the packaging but it tremendously harmful to my skin! continued >>
