Very wearable and versatile color! Love it as a alternative to my usual bright red.

I love this lipstick! I'm into dark color lipsticks lately and this is the product that I use the most. It glides onto my lip smoothly, and it leaves a shiny finish. I apply one coat for everyday use to make my lip have a natural red/berry color, or two coats for a sexy/ night time look.

On my dark pink pigmented lips, this shade is a medium plummy wine shade. It is NOT overly shimmery or frosty - to me it's actually more of a satin than a lustre. When my lips are in good shape, this is really a MLBB shade that helps disguise the fine lines in my lips; some of the time it seems more dramatic, like the plum and wine tones are coming out more. It is slightly drying, so I have to stress that this and any other lipstick is really best used on lips in good shape. I love the scent of MAC lipsticks (reminds me of chocolate cake donuts).

Plummy-pink lustre formula. Very pretty and on my lips it is a couple of shades darker. It looks more plum-purple in the tube but on my lips it becomes more pink. For a lustre formula I'm really pleased with it as for some reason it has more staying power than other lustre colours that I've tried. This is possibly because it's a darker colour than I've tried before. It seems to stain my lips so thats a real plus for this product. Would definitely buy again because it's so complimentary against my skintone! (NW25)

fyi, I am cool-toned, PPP/LLL. This is a beautiful, non-bright plum-pink. Definitely a sheer, but defined color. I cannot wear very opaque colors unless they are dark, as my lips are so pigmented, despite lighter skintone. For this reason, I love MAC lustres and especially love Plumful for it's skin-enhancing color. Not opaque, still sheer, but a provides a distinct shade. I glow with this on!

LOVE this lippie. It's a rosy plum, it's a lustre so it's got good shine and is slightly moisturizing too. Great opacity. Smell and texture as always are superb. Really beautiful color with blue eyes, though I imagine it would compliment many colorings.

The perfect mix of pink/plum in lustre formula. I think just be my favorite lipstick!! Love the color, love how it feels on and loves how it brightens up my face!! For reference, I am a dark brunette, nc30/c3 skintone with golden brown eyes.

September 2006 was a sad month for me. I'd taken a trip to Calgary and somehow lost my beloved Plumful along the way! I was so sad. And I had gotten this on a whim from swapping out my Back2MAC empties. It's a lovely wearable shade of pinky-plum. When you look at the lipstick itself it looks really bright but the lustre formula makes it a bit sheer and somehow it magically blends into my lip color. I usually use it with a plum-ish lip liner. I have since repurchased this and it stays in my purse because I know that I can wear it whether I am going out at night or just need some nice lip color for the day.

Love this one. I was looking for a nice soft, but not too light plum for my wedding and this might be it. I'm fair, freckled with a slight yellow cast, dark eyes and hair. This is just a gorgeous medium plum color. Not too bright, but still shows up. Light lipsticks don't do much for me, but I wanted a little softer look for the big day. Plumful also looks wonderful with Plushglass Posh It Up. For reference, my favorites are Twig and O. Plumful is a keeper!

Perfect! Plumful is not a color that I'd usually go for but I bought it on a whim last winter and I'm still in love. It goes on more sheer than it looks in the tube. But it's not a problem because this beautiful MLBB color shows up so gorgeous,almost like creamy on my NW20 skin.It also applies so smooth and heavenly.One of my favorites and a lovely addition to my collection.
