Great product! Smooth intense black that actually stays put all day on my lash-line! My eyelids are fairly oily, but this manages to last for the entire day without any touch-ups! The brush that comes with it is alright, but I prefer to use my own. I use this also for tight-lining too and it works well and doesn't run on me. My only problem is using this on my waterline, it doesn't hold up so well. But, I do like this product very much and will mostly likely repurchase!!

rly gr8 takes 4 ev 2 remove if u mess up gives u amazing control even works on ur water line
I bought this because my Coastal Scents gel liner dried up. It was on sale for $6.99 at SDM. I love the brush it comes with. I use the Quo bent liner brush to do my inner corners and all the way outwards. Then I use the brush this came with to do the point at the end. The brush is so thin and finely pointed that it can be used to get a really a clean point on the end of your winged liner or if you fill in your brows like I do.
Anyways, enough raving about the fantastic brush. The gel liner doesn't flake, stays put and is definitely waterproof (sadly I was able to test this stuff out with real tears).
I never have a problem with the eyeliner coming off when I curl my eyelashes because I curl my lashes before doing eyeliner. Will repurchase again.
I am so so impressed by this! I don't think i've ever bought a maybelline product before, but Lisa Eldridge recommended this in one of her videos so I thought i'd give it a go. Plus, like her, I was really excited to hear that a gel eyeliner had finally been produced by a drugstore brand. I have the bobbi brown gel eyeliner, mac gel liner, and clinique cream liner (rubbish!) and in my opinion this is just as good as the bobbi brown one in terms of consistency and staying power and a million times better than clinique- and in terms of the price and value for money it is a million times better than all three. Probably the best thing about this is the brush- it is honestly the best eyeliner brush I have ever used (i am so confused by the person a few reviews down who said the brush was useless, did you get a broken one?). I have several eyeliner brushes, (mac ones, bobbi brown, bodyshop, benefit, eco tools, nars) and this one is the best and the one i go to use every time. I would pay the amount the eyeliner costs just for the brush, heck, after spending around £20 a time on inferior eyeliner brushes I would pay more for this brush. (luckily I don't have to :p at under £7 this is seriously great value). the gel stays on great on my eyelids, i've worn this from 7am all day at work and then straight on a night out until the early hours and it was still there when i got home- some of the reviews criticise the lasting power of this which surprises me, but i guess that probably has to do with skin type- i have slightly dry skin including my eyelids which means my eyemakeup rarely ~slides off (i don't generally use eyeshadow primer either) like it may do on people with oilier skin types? i don't know. whatever, great product, would buy again and again.
First of all, I bought this product at Rite Aid for about 10 bucks. And i was only SLIGHTLY impressed. I heard a lot of great reviews about this product so i set out on a mission to go buy it. This was my 2nd creme eyeliner, as my first was Black Radiance. Do not get confused that it does INDEED go on very very smoothly. . which i love. In addition, I love the little brush which comes with it to make an easy glide. Plus, it smudges really really really easy. which is sort of a benefit for me because I mess up a lot. However, it smudges my lower line soo bad during the day. I look scary as HECK! It does NOt last all day, and seems to look faded. And finally it is not pigmented enough. I like this much better than the eye pencils, but I do not think I will be buying this again.
I am a big fan of Bobbi Brown's and MAC's gel eyeliners. I was a tad less of a fan of L'Oreal's HIP gel liner.
I feel like the pigment in Bobbi Brown and MAC are much deeper than L'Oreal's HIP.
Ok, so down to business. The Maybelline eyestudio gel is also not quite as pigmented as it's department store brands. However, I feel that it is better than its drugstore counterpart. It comes with an awesome brush that strokes the eyeliner on my Asian lid well. Also, I wore this liner and cried during a good movie and the eyeliner didn't smudge or budge at all. I'm impressed. Best of all it stays all day! I'd repurchase for sure.

I love this product! It's really pigmented and comes with a good quality brush, so it is easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone who wanted to experiment with gel eyeliner as it is a cheaper alternative to MAC or Bobbi Brown

This did not impress me in anyway. The color pay off is lame, it smudges, it dries out quick.
It is drugstore so it is easy for me to get, however, if I have to buy a DS cream eyeliner I will get L'Oreal H.I.P. which is much better.
It is cheap & you get what you pay for.
Packaging is great. Of course the brush that comes with it sucks, but which one doesn't, right?
I do not repurchase, I either order from MAC or get L'Oreal at the DS.

-I have used alot of gel liners before but this product is amazing. It goes on very easily, the color is super rich. it doesn't dry fast or smudge. For the price, the quality is amazing. if your looking for good gel liner, that's easy to use that won't run you broke this is the liner to buy. Also the liner brush is great quality.
I really like this gel eyeliner - it comes on very smoothly and leaves a nice defined line that doesn't smudge, and stays put all day long. Sometimes the colour is a bit light so you need to layer it a bit but it doesn't take long. The price is reasonable as it comes with a great brush but for a small pot of eyeliner its nearly $10. I love the little pot as it is durable and looks nice too. I would buy this product again! :)
