I have tried all the mascaras on the market...
Diorshow, Givenchy, Chanel, Stila, NARS etc, but MAC Zoom Lash is one of my favorites [second favorites being MAC Mascara X and Sephora brand curling mascara] This mascara is perfect - gives me long curled lashes, doesn't clump, lasts for a while... the only issue I've had with it is that it barely smudges at the end of a long day. For under fifteen dollars, I think I'll live.
Firstly to the tube itself: thin, black, patent ó an evil appearance, Iíll wager, but one that I relish. This mascara appears less akin to a cosmetic and more akin to a Soviet, laser-encrusted death tool ó for this alone, my heart metaphorically bleeds. Wand appears crude, consisting of the old school bristles, spiraling around a short, sharp spear ó but how the eye doth deceive the fool. Wand runs an uncommonly wet and lush coat of mascara along the lashes, thus, with a single application, builds volume, which is bountiful, and length, which is sexual. Do not simply buy this mascara; clutch it to your sweet and heaving bosom.
Icky, gunky, wet, yuck. This might as well be a dollar store mascara. Could they have at least given me a curved brush? It stains, it clumps, it's horrible. Booo.
I luv Zoomlash it makes my already long lashes even longer...LUV it!!!...However, if your not careful it clumps.
Extremely disappointed. First, I had to squish the brush into a tissue to get a lot of the product off, or else it would have been a major league clump fest. Immediately after applying it the curl in my lashes was gone. It left my lashes stick straight, and feeling brittle and dry. As the day wore on, I found that it had smudged and flaked. Nope, not impressed at all. I'll stick with MUFE.
The best I had ever bought!! You need to get used to itís brush. For some it is sticky and clumpy, but for me fantastic
I really like this mascara. I have short sparse eyelashes and I feel like this magnifys them. I don't mind it clumping because I just go back and use a lash comb to fix those areas.
I got this mascara for free after my wedding makeup consultation and started using it after I ran out of my usual mascara Full N' Soft by Maybelline. I was really disappointed with this mascara because from such a huge makeup company they sure came out with a pretty weak product. The mascara was heavy and goopy and frequently clumped so I looked like some sort of freak show until I could fix the problem. The mascara was nothing special, probably comparable to Maybelline's classic mascara, the one in the pink tube. I'm so glad didn't have to pay for this.
I bought this product after visiting the MAC counter recently. I asked for the most popular mascara and was given this one. It's okay, but it's definitely too wet and clumps easily. I think I've figured out how to use it without making a mess, but I don't think I'll buy this one again.
I like zoom lash. I've got quite short, straight eyelashes and zoom lash adds volume to them. I have to curl my lashes anyway as they're stubbornly straight so I can't really say how they are for curling power. I agree with other reviews that it is quite wet and you have to be careful not to stain the eyelid. It can also be a bit clumpy too but I find that it depends on the way you apply you mascara. If you make sure you grip the brush at the base of your lashes and sort of move it in a zig-zag motion, clumping can be avoided.
It's not a bad product but it could be better. I probably would buy it again but am yet to find my HG mascara. I want to try Lancome Hypnose next!
