Rec'd this in a swap.....LOVE it!!! I am PPP/fair, and IMO...this is a healthy rose/bronze/tan glow. No ruddiness to my eye, lovely healthy look!!
This is the perfect all-over face color for me. I have a light complexion with gray-blue eyes and regular bronzers look o.k., but are not the best color choice for me. Dallas has a mauve-like hint which totally works for my skintone. This is not brown like "Hoola." I would recommend this to anyone who feels the regular powder bronzers (brown to terracotta colors) just don't look right on them.
I actually tried this on b/c the lady at Sephora said how wonderful it looked on her. Well I tried it but maybe it's because my skin alreasy has a roseyness to it not to mention I had a little wind-burn on my cheeks, but I didn't see a difference. I asked my very honest sister if she could tell and she told me "you just look sparkly". Nice product though. but it didn't show up on me.
I really like this blush/bronzer. At first I was unsure about a mauve toned bronzer but it really does give you a natural bronze flush. I do not use the brush that comes with it, I use a blush brush to apply and it looks great. The packaging makes you want to own more of these Benefit powders!
I love love love this! It gives a really healthy glow like I've never seen before in another blush! I keep reaching for this all the time. On me it gives a warm rosey glow. I don't really see the bronzer or brown bits in it, just a nice healthy glow and then it gives off slight coral shimmer in the light! Really unique as it's a mauvey rose lavender underneath which compliments my skintone nicely (C3, neutral cool olive MMM) but has a coral and lavender sheen to it. I just love this! and it's just as long lasting as my NARS blushes! I'm really impressed with this one, you must get it!!! :o)
Finally, an overall face color for me!!! I was using dandelion but it really didn't show up on me.I have brown hair, blue eyes and medium toned skin. I am not that dark complected but I am not a PPP either. For ladies in the mid range as far as coloration goes, this one is for you. I use it all over and apply with the little brush it comes with and then I put on a blush on the cheeks. Love, love, love it!!!!
LOVING this! It IS really a good "bronzer" b/c think of it: most people don't flush brown, they get more ruddy/ plum-ish w/ color. TONS of product, great packaging, (the brush I gave to my 4 yr. old to play with so I apply w/ the MAC skunk brush). I think this color would work as a bronzer OR blush on most skin tones.
Love this stuff! I've been getting compliments lately since I started wearing this blush! Must try this since it will suit all skintones. I'm a NC30.
Well, I know that I'm in the minority here on this one...but this shade just did not work out for me. I'm a PPP/cool toned gal and thought that this turned muddy as the day went on. I tried this at first with the brush that comes with it and that was a mistake, it definitely applies too much product! I did use a blush brush after that...
The box is very cute with the cowgirl and the slogan "an outdoor glow for an indoor gal" face powder. It has a nice scent similar to the Dandelion face powder... I thought that the price was a bit high but I have a feeling that this would last a long time.
I don't plan to repurchase this item...
I am NC15 and on me this blush is the most gorgeous, natural, sunkissed glow. I always like to look natural and this blush does that great! I would describe the color as being plum/rose colored but also a bronzy look to it. The packaging I hate because I have to open it up and then the goofy brush in it is in the way. I can't seem to use this brush without looking like a clown, so I just use a regular blush brush. I also use this overtop of my high beam and I think it looks great. It is expensive, but I think it would last a long time. Would repurchase though.
