You just can't go wrong with this beige colored eyeshadow no matter what age or shape of your eye. It is very subtle yet it brightens. There may be cheaper dupes for it but MAC doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes so I stick with what works for me.
This is the most beautiful and versatile eyeshadow I have ever come in contact with, it is literally perfect! I just purchased this after being on the fence about it for quite a while and I am so glad i did! I want to use this color every day! You can use it for so many things and create so many looks...its not too shimmery which is so lovely for a highlight because it is not overly shimmery like other eyeshadows similar to the color of brule. this used on my lid and brow bone make me look polished and awake, there is something so beautiful and ethereal about this color...I adore it!

I own two of these! and have hit major pan on one of them! This was my very first mac eyeshadow and I am so glad. It is beautiful as a base colour and I love it just all over lid sweeped to the brow bone to create a very clean look. You look quite awake and it has a glow to it, definitely not too much shimmer but definitely not matte . If you are looking for a matte version of this eyeshadow you could try blanc type, but i am happy with this shade and i will always keep purchasing. It is my favourite eyeshadow to wear ever on the brown bone and for a very natural look, on top of bare study , to give even more glow. If you have darker skin i still think it would look great. and if you have pale skin, you could definitely use it to clean up your look and blend out your eyeshadow crease colour with this as it is so amazing and even as a base colour for the no makeup look. I love this!!!!!!!!!
A lovely silky matte colour, perfect as a base all over eye area including right in near the nose. GIves an airbrushed look to the other colours that you might want to layer on top. I am using this on my wedding day. Gorgeous!

My favorite highlight from any brand!! I wouldnt call Brule ultra pigmented, but i wouldnt say its sheer at all. Whenever I use it as a highlight it just finishes of the eye look beautifully. It adds the most lovely sheen thats not shimmery or completely matte. Love it just as a wash of color from the lid to the brow as a base for other colors
This is my all time favorite highlight shade. I usually wear shimmery shades on my eye lids, so having this for a highlight really looks nice because it's a happy medium between glittery and matte. It really gives my eyes a lift and makes me look more awake!
this may sound weird, but have you ever just not been bothered with eyeshadow, but always loved eyeliner, and just wished you could put on face powder instead on your eyelids? (i'm fair to medium) well this is the eyeshadow for that.
i have never liked extravegant eyeshadow on me, i have always thought a nice clean crease colour and liner has looked best on me (i have large eyes). so this is my dream come true. it's a milky, satin beige that just evens everything out, and allows eyeliner and crease colour to perform at their best in my opinion. but aside from that;
this is also great for giving eyeshadows more of a smooth sheen. for example if you have applied too much shimmer/colour. this will blend it all together beautifully.
on deeper skintones, i'm thinking this might be a good natural highlighter/inner corner colour. or just a really nice polished, pale creamy lid colour to enhance black eyeliner/act as a nice base for other eyeshadows.
i love this simple little colour!

i love this product to brighten up my eyes. its not the most pigmented eyeshadow, but it does show up. i either use it all over my lid up to my brow bone if im in a hurry but usually i just use it as a highlight or to blend out eyeshadows. i would definately recommend this product
i love this shadow but today at mac i overheard to sales girls talking and they said it was being discontinued!!!! has anybody else heard this?????
