i love this eyeliner. it definitely stays on all day but sometimes it smudges, which isn't that big of a deal considering its price. i'm very pleased with this. plus it comes in all different colors. i recommend this.

this has been my "go to" eyeliner. it's very creamy and easy to apply. yes, it does smudge.. not too bad. im probably going to buy this again until i find a better one that actually stays on ALL day. :)

This has got to be the BEST most inexpensive waterproof eyeliner in the market! Such a drugstore gem! First its dirt cheap and second, it stays on all day! Only con is that you may need a eye makeup remover because this eyeliner just stays on all day. Other than that, it doesn't budge or smear at all! Will continue to purchase in all colors!

A great eyeliner that has true staying power and is pretty darn cheap! I bought this on a whim because I needed some kind of plum eyeliner asap and I was more than pleasantly surprised at it's quality. Definitely a drug store gem. Will buy again.

WOW! This eyeliner is incredible, especially since it is so cheap. I actually went swimming with this on and it didn't budge. I went underwater and everything and it stayed on perfectly. This is my favorite eyeliner by far and I would definitely buy it again!

I bought black and dark brown,the color is very full and it is so SMOOTH that is very very easy to put on.
the most important is it NEVER SMUDGE!!even the weather is so hot,it never smudge on my eye area!!!soooo amazing!!!!
and it is DIRT CHEAP,too.absolutely will buy it again!!!!

Best pencil eyeliner I have ever tried. I need something to be able to handle my oily skin that won't smudge halfway through the day. I saw a review in a magazine by a MUA and thought I would try it for the price. I was very pleased by this eyeliner's performance. I bought a deep purple and I have brown eyes so it makes them really stand out. Yes, it is a pencil so you will have to pull on your eyes to get the right line but for the performance does outweigh that small inconvenience.

Okay product, but (1) it tugs at my eyes (maybe I'm super sensitive about this, but the only ones that I like with regards to tugging are Cover Girl Perfect Blend and Clinique Shadowliner), (2) doesn't sharpen enough for a thin line, (3) takes several swipes to deposit color. I like to just swipe once and have no tugging.

I hate to disagree with the positive reviews. I would have loved to have found a black, waterproof pencil eyeliner for .99 that would deliver. This was a streaky, smudgy mess on me. It never did "set" and just looked worse and worse throughout the day. I caught a glimpse of myself a few hours after I had applied it and vowed to trash it when I got home! Never again will I buy a NYC product, every single one I have ever purchased I have thrown in the trash.
