I was really excited to try this product because of all the rave of what a versatile product it was for all types of eye shapes- unfortunately it did not work for mine. I found that this curler curled my middle lashes but left this really awful crimp in my outer and inner lashes. I didn't give the lash curler a 1/5 because I can see how this could definitely work for other eye shapes. I will not repurchase.

The best eye lash curler I have ever tried! Curls my lashes perfect!

I was really excited about receiving these curlers through the door, but despite all the brilliant reviews I was disappointed with this product.
The first time I used them I thought that I must have used them wrong because I could not see a difference, but I did not give up on them and tried the following day once again. Unfortunately they did not do anything for my lashes, so I decided to send them back and will not purchase them again.

This deserves all the rave reviews. I owned mine for 4 years. The rubber pads lasted about a year each with daily use. It's very gentle. When the pads ran out I bought Shiseido pads to use instead. They do fit. But I didn't feel it performed as well with Shiseido pads. In fact, due to me using so much pressure the curler snapped on my lid which was dangerous. So don't press on really hard!
I have short lashes that do not curl and this actually works on them! I was not really expecting much so I am impressed. The shape of the curler fit my eye very well and seems to get right into the corners and very close to the lashline. Would repurchase.
Definitely the best curlers on the market in my opinion and I have tried many.
These curlers are worth the money because they last! I've bought cheaper ones but they always go rubbish after a few months so its worth spending the money on these long lasting ones. I've used mine for a few months now and they still make dramatic results. I have quite big eyes and long lashes but I like my lashes curled nicely and neatly. These grab right at the root if the lashes and curl upwards unlike some curlers which I noticed have just made a kink in the middle if my lash.
I am having trouble understanding how anyone can hate these curlers, that's how much I love them! If you know how to use curlers properly then these are perfect :)
I bought mine years ago but it is still works brilliantly. Mine is actually a gold color that I got at sephora a long time ago but the gold has worn down a bit. I don't use this every day because I'm usually in a hurry , but when I go out this works wonders. I have short lashes and this holds a curl all day and really opens up my eyes. The curler is big enough to get all of my lashes in one press. Doesn't leave that annoying kink like some other eye lash curlers do. I've tried a cheaper eye lash curler besides this and it didn't compare. This is pricey but its worth it with the results you get. Plus this thing is still great after years of use. Easy to clean too
I'm really choked that I don't like this. I was expecting it to be the be-all end-all of eyelash curlers. I grabbed it on a whim while waiting in the Sephora lineup (curse their store setup, it makes expensive impulse buys that much easier), being curious about all the hype. Anyways, I've tried about a thousand techniques with this and none of them work. It really makes my lashes look shorter. It bends them rather than curls them, and since my lashes hold curl well they stay bent all day. Also the opening to put your lashes in is very small, I have to really concentrate to get all the lashes in, and if I miss some they stick out funny and it's impossible to correct. Maybe would be better suited for someone with smaller eyes or sparse lashes. Oh well!
