it does wonders on my skin when i have some breakouts that wont go away. my skin was flawless after using it and the other aloe vera products for a week. however, after 3-4 months.. i got another breakout and the breakout wont go away after that.. nevertheless, it is a great product.. but i wouldnt buy it again, i've found better..

I like this product, as it helps soothe my sensitive, dry skin. The only smell it really has is a cream smell (if you smell it you will know what I mean) so that is a bonus!
I must say that I probably won't buy this product, as I find I get the same results with the Aloe Soothing Day Cream, so I might as well just get that.
Nice product!
Thumbs up :D
My skin is slightly oily & acne prone & for that reason would never have bought this product orginally but I ran out of night moisturiser and my boyfriend had some there so I tried it. I find that when i just use the tiniest amount (rub over hands & pat on) it makes my skin so smooth and beautiful. It calms my acne and sensitive skin amazingly well when used in this way. When I have been heavy handed my skin becomes a bit bumpy again, but not overly so. Very good calming moisturiser for comination skin/ sensitive skin I think! I've used about 4-5 of these tubs over 2 years now & will continue to do so. I only use it at night.
Edit: I've changed this to 5 lipsticks, as after straying and ending up with irritated skin I have come back to this and it has saved me again! They better not discontinue this one. I don't know what I would do!

I did not like this at all. It was heavy and would make me oily by morning.
With my dry skin, I was looking for something to add to my skin regimen. I got this product in hopes that it would help.
I started out by only using a small amount, but over time I've gotten more gracious with it which seems to be the best. I was initially worried (as this is the first moisturiser that I've used on my face) that it would cause me to break out... But it doesn't, which is wonderful.
It could work better though. There are, of course, no long term effects, maybe max I can go without needing more is 2-4 days.
The winter in Birmingham is soooo dry, combined with indoor heating, my normal skin gets really dry and tight feeling. I once even found the Aloe day cream too heavy, but now that one is way too light.
I got this night cream in a GWP. I hesitated at first cuz this stuff looked so thick, kinda..solid, if u know what I mean. However, once putting on face, it melted and easy to spread. It's thick so it locks in moisture and my skin is dry, so absorbs everything within 10 mins. My skin feels relieved after putting it on. The only thing I don't like is the scent. Although it's fragrance free, it has a faint scent that's not my cup of tea. Anyway, it's faint so it fades away rather quickly. The price is good as well, rather cheap compared to high-end brands.
Before this came out, for dry and sensitive skin it was the soy cream, which was also my HG cream for a long time, it works like heaven, smells heavenly too for a cream that's not fragranced. It was just perfection. When it was gonna be discontinued i went to the store and bought 6 bottles. But I eventually ran out. It was so good I still miss it now. This is a comparable cream, but not as great, but i gave it 5 lippies anyway because it is already decent. I have dry skin year round, and this cream is heavy so it is perfect for winter. I use it on my entire face and it doesn't break me out, and it is very thick in the container but once on your face it sort of melts and gets absorbed in, but also leave a tiny bit of a a layer on the outside so your face keeps being moisturized. I also like the smell, it smells very clean, not chemically like the other non-fragranced ones. Overall a great cream for winter, i use it day and night =)

As a moisturizer, this stuff is waaay too heavy for my face, even at night. The other day I dropped the container while it was open. It bounced off the sink and onto the floor, but when I picked it up NONE OF THE PRODUCT HAD MOVED! That's how thick this stuff is.
It made me break out around my t-zone when I tried to use it all over but when I just use it on dry patches it works great. I like it more than most other moisturizers I've tried.
The real reason I like this stuff is because it makes a fantastic eye cream, literally the best I have ever used. It seriously reduces my dark circles, which is something no moisturizer has ever been able to do before. It also feels great-- not too heavy or greasy.
It's really expensive, but considering how little of this stuff you need (even for your entire face) I think one jar will last you a lifetime. In two weeks I haven't even made a dent in the sample sized jar... I've only used the little bit of product that was stuck to the cap.
I find this to be a rich moisturizer with a nice texture - and like that it has no fragrance, dyes, or parabens. It is rated "1" on "cosmeticsdatabase.org" - which means low hazard. I like the values of the company, and that the aloe line supports community trade. Will repurchase!
I used this in conjunction with the rest of the aloe skin care line, and the first thing I noticed was that this was very concentrated, so only a little was needed. This was fairly moisturizing on my skin, but when I woke up the next day I still had dry, flaky patches. After using the aloe line, my face was very red, dry, and I was breaking out in my T-zone.
Might work for oilier skintypes that aren't sensitive or acne-prone.
