So I've bought this fairly expensive scrub probably 4 times. It's saving grace is you only need a small amount.

It is the only scrub that makes my skin look and feel better after I've used it. I've tried cheaper, it never works and I always come back

Let's start with the fact that I have rosacea (sensitive skin prone to redness), and it in facts react almost immediately if something is not as gentle as it should be. That being said, this is my HG scrub! I was initially worried about the harsh sugar granules and 'strawberry' acid in it..but it is really very gentle because of the natural ingredients, and my skin always feels baby soft and smooth afterwards. I'm almost always complimented on my skin for days after I use this scrub/mask, which is amazing because I have always had to deal with problem skin!

I put it on after showering on dry skin, leave on for 5 - 10 minutes then wet my fingers and scrub gently in circular motion. A little water added after letting is sit makes the sugar softer and not as scratchy. Truly amazing, and worth the money!

This product smells amazing, as do all Fresh products. Of course, the price puts me off, but I decided to take the plunge. At first, I didn't like the "greasy" film the scrub left on my face, but I've gotten used to it. After I pat my face dry, I don't feel greasy at all! And its really helped to soften my skin, especially when I have bouts of dryness and sensitivity. I love that Fresh uses quality ingredients, and overall I think its worth the high price compared to other scrubs and mask (this is two in one!).

I've also found that you can control the intensity of "scrub" that you want by adjusting the amount of water you have on your face- a more damp face will dissolve the sugar granules quickly while a dryer face will let you scrub for a long time!

i tried this b/c the soy cleanser from fresh works amazingly for me, and i have TRAGICALLY sensitive skin... i have chronic hives and get more of them from almost anything. i usually use an enzyme exfoliator, but this has been the only grainy scrub i've been able to use on my face without redness and irritation. i rub it on damp skin very gently and then let it sit for 10 minutes. then i wash it off with a wash cloth and apply chamomile tea or chamomile toner. my face feels very soft, looks smoother, and isn't irritated at all (this is HUGE for me)! plus, this smells like lemon essential oil, which i LOVE!

I love this stuff. It smells great and my skin feels wonderful after using it.

What I like about this scrub: it smells divine and is really efffective without being harsh. I think it's better to apply to wet skin than dry - that way, I use less and it's a lot gentler to my skin.

What I don't like about this scrub: the color is a deep orange-brown and there's something a little unsettling about one's face looking jaundiced for even the 5-10 minutes the scrub is supposed to be left on the skin. Sometimes I'm afraid my skin will already have been dyed that color by the time I wash it off! LOL (If you use this in the shower, unless you have a fog-free mirror, you probably won't know what I'm talking about).
Maybe it's just my bathroom lighting... I will add back a lippie if I learn to ignore the jaundiced look. After all, the product itself does work well.

Okay, I added back the lippie. This stuff is HG material... it leaves my skin SOOOO soft! I got over the "my-liver-isn't-working-too-well-right-now" look while the scrub sits on the skin, as I love the healthy glow it leaves behind after it's washed off. Fabulous! :-)

I LOVE this product. It is definitely a luxury skin care item. I don't usually go to the spa and I consider this my at home spa experience. It makes my whole shower smell like fresh strawberries mixed in brown sugar. It makes my skin glow. Comes in a nice glass jar.

This is wonderful stuff, don't get me wrong, but the price mages me gag. I've discovered a product from BeFine that almost exactly mimics this stuff - at a fraction of the price! I will not be buying this again.

Fresh's products may be a little higher than most, but since they are concentrated, they will last longer, and the high quality ingredients are better. Anyways, I love this scrub because it feels like it's effective, but I don't turn red. I love that it is a hydrating mask as well, so it's like two treatments in one! I just wish that it was in a tube, but the formula would probably have ti change, and I'd rather deal with the jar than it be messed with. !!!!!!

I received a sample of this with a Fresh purchase from Neiman Marcus. I tried it for the first time last night and when I woke up this morning, my skin looked significantly better...more radiant, smooth, and evenly colored. My skin is fair, extremely sensitive, extremely dry, with lots of redness and red patches at times. I expected this to hurt when I put it on, but it didn't sting or hurt at all. I expected to get all red and inflamed looking, and I didn't. Nothing but good effects, and a light, pleasing sweet lemon scent while it was on. I will definitely consider buying this.
