I’m really not crazy about this color and I can’t see why everyone seems to love it! For one thing my skin is pretty pale and the light pink sheen just doesn’t suit it at all. I’m thinking this would look better on someone with darker skin or a tan. Also, the fact that it’s somewhat sheer means it doesn’t seem to look even when I put it on. I painted my nails last night and waited until I was at work today to really get a feel for the color and to be honest, the shade is just such an awkward look. I bought this based on the reviews on here but I don’t like it. I will not use it again and will try to swap it.
I love everything about this nailpolish: the color, the wear, the shimmer; the wider brush is *awesome*- made painting my toes quick & easy. So glad I found this!!!

I love this light/medium shimmery pink. It is perfect in the summer when I have a tan. It has loads of silvery sparkle and tons of shine. A definite basic to any nail polish collection.
Wasn't a fan of this colour upon application to my fingernails, but the colour has since grown on me. It's a light, shimmery pink (not bubblegum at all) with just a hint of lavender. The colour is very subtle and doesn't really clash with my outfits. Basically, I'm never thinking "oh, crap, forgot to take off this nail polish" when I'm out at the store or something (I frequently do that when I wear a colour to coordinate with a specific outfit). That being said, this is a gorgeous hue for the toes! I can't stop staring at my feet. It's cold outside and instead of wearing socks inside the house, I'm going barefoot just so that I can admire the pretty colour on my tootsies! The application was smooth -- love the improved wide-bristled brush. Bought this at 40% off, so paid about $8.35 Canadian, which I consider a deal where OPI is concerned. I don't think I'll re-purchase once this is finished; I just wanted to try this colour since it received very good reviews.
Aphrodite's Pink Nightie is a girly pink that borders on but never crosses the line into Barbie world. It's one of those colors that works year round, whether I'm pale or with a tan. What I noticed is that the pale pink shimmer tends to blend into my skin and gives me subdued yet polished nails without my summer tan. With a tan, the pink looks more frosty and contrasts a bit more, again not too much but just right. The application is streak free and opaque with 2 coats. Lasted well over 5 days as a pedicure and manicure color. I will repurchase when I'm out!
Very pretty. It's a frosty-pearlescent light pink. It is a girly color but it isn't tacky or bubblegum. It's very tasteful looking and is a nice alternative to sheer or nude polishes. One coat is semi-sheer & two makes it opaque.
Aphrodite's Pink Nightie is a very beautiful shade of light pink with a hint of lilac in it. I was having second thoughts about it at first. In the bottle, it looked very like it would be too much of a bubblegum color. However, it worked very well for me. On my nails, it came out lighter than I expected and didn't really have that 'bubblegum' look to it anymore. I think it's really feminine and it's subtle enough for me to wear to the office. I got a lot of compliments on it :) It's a great color for the spring and summer months! I will definitely re-buy when I run out.
Very frosty cool girlie pink! Could probably work all year round I'm assuming, although I have it on right now as I type. Love it!
Quite a pretty ool pink! Kind of like it but hard to apply on, dries very fast! 1 layer of Pink Before you Leap on this and WOW! :)
