Great smell, good product. Works best when used with Mango Body Butter, also from The Body Shop. I use the scrub in the shower twice a week, exfoliating in a circular motion. It is most effective when you spend about a minute on each area. After rinsing, I apply the body butter. This duo has cured my scaly winter skin!

I havent read other reviews on this so i dont know what other people have experienced but this stuff is literally THE WORST product i have ever tried! I dont usually write such bad reviews but i would give this 0 lippies if i could. firstly its £12 in the UK, so not exactly cheap but it smelt nice enough in the store and the SA kept saying how it was LE blah blah blah and studidly i bought it. I was soooo excited getting in the bath with this. I shaved my legs, underarms and arms and then started using this. First i used it on my neck cus i was planning on using self tan later, and it always goes patchy on my neck hehe. It was nice and felt like a sugar exfoliator. so far so good. but as i rinsed it off i could feel a waxy/greasy layer left behind.yuck. i then moved onto my arms....i started rubbing it in and then i thought i was going to DIE. It BURNED. And like mad! Stung and burned me at the same time, i quickly washed it off and it continued to burn. This has never happened with any other scrub, low or high end. Ever. The stinging dies down after a few mins and i was left wondering what to do next. ok so i tried the other arm and the same thing! (i only did a bit though) I kept thinking why would a body scrub do this??maybe i was being silly and it was just a tingle? anyway i did my stomach and it was fine, as was the top of my legs. so i carried onto my lower legs and my god the stinging and burning that i had on my arms suddenly got tripled!! This time i felt like i was going to cry so i had to jump out the bath. An hour later and my legs are still stinging and i have bright red blotchy skin and my arms are horrible. The PAIN at the beginning was unbearable. Obviously this is not a good product to use after shaving. But then it still left me with a waxy horrible coating on my skin so i wouldnt ever buy it again anyway. It went straight in the bin!!

Too oily, not exfoliating enough, and has a bit of a rancid smell. Wouldn't reccomend this product.

Not the best exfoliater in the market. It leaves a filmy oil on your skin and does not easily move on the skin.

Another toy to play with that I picked up at the big sale. This scent verges on rotting mangoes, and it's incredibly waxy. I'm not very familiar with scrubs, but this seems too heavy. I'm practically waterproofed after using it. Gross! Now i use a scoop on my feet and stamp around in the shower to rub it in. I'd never, ever repurchase.

I have never in my life used a worse scrub than this one. It smelled strange, almost as if it had gone bad, which made me wonder if I had somehow gotten an old one...and the waxy, sticky residue it left on my skin was almost impossible to remove. I had to use a bath pouf and lather myself up three times to remove the residue, and I still didn't feel clean. It also didn't exfoliate - but after having to wash myself three times after using it, I suppose that was exfoliating enough! I would never repurchase this item and warn everyone I know about it.

I really like this scrub! It scrubs well and does leave my skin smooth and moisturized. I don't find that it smells anything like mangoes but PEACHES. Still love the smell and i got this for $6 on sale!! would rebuy...but only if it is on sale =)

The residue is terrible. There is a difference between moiturizers and gross waxy stuff that sits on your skin. Because of the sticky residue, the dead skin that is exfoliated doesn't go down the drain. Worse, now it is glue to your skin instead of being able to flake off. There are waaaaay better moisturizing scrubs out there.

this scrub is great if used correctly. you have to apply to dry skin and then rinse off otherwise the sugar and salt crstals just dissolve. it makes the skin soft and smooth. it smells like peaches.

it does leave a slight film but if you use dry it comes off in the bath or shower or towel.

i think it varies slightly as i had another pot that was greasier.

if you do not like the oil feel do not buy the papaya as it is 4 times oiler than the mango even if used correctly.

I really liked how this smelled in the store. Once I got it home and used it, it turned into a disaster. I felt extremely greasy after and it left a nasty residue on me and my bathtub. As some of you have mentioned it does start to smell after a while. I finally ended up throwing it away.
