lots of repurchasing of this lippie over the years.
If you want a perfect wine red/burgundy lip and matte finish this is it.
If you want glamourous sexy lips which look like you belong in a Tamara de Lempicka painting.. this is your color.
love it.

For reference, I'm an NC45.
This color truly is beautiful. It's like a wine/red color...very deep reddish burgundy. I would totally recommend it. It's the type of lipstick you can wear without any other makeup.
I think they chose the perfect name for this shade, it kind or makes me feel divaliscious!

Diva and I have a love hate relationship. Meaning, I love it to death but sometimes it doesn't love me! The color is beautiful but it smears easily and looks a little dry at times. Other than that, LOVE IT! It has such a pop and beautiful deep red to it. A must have if you want to stand out. Also, I noticed it can make a boring outfit look super cute and retro.
I absolutely love this red lippie. It's a matte which is my favorite finish for fall/winter. I pair this with a burgandy colored lip pencil to keep it from feathering and it looks great! I'm an NW25 with yellow-undertones and spent quite a while with my MAC SA looking for the right red. After several swatches in different finishes, this was the one for me. It doesn't look garish or over the top. This is a completely wear-able everyday lipstick. I have other reds from MAC that I do like for various reasons (Viva Glam I, Ruby Woo, and Russian Red). However, I'm never tempted to wear them for my everyday looks. This one, I can.
If you're skeptical about trying out a red lipstick, give this one a try. It looks like a deep burgandy/plum color in the tube, but is a beautiful hue when swatched and even better on my lips.

This is my first red lipstick ever!!! i've always been a nude lip girl, and as of late i've also gotten into light pink lipsticks, but i felt that i needed something more dramtic and sexy, so i chose this lippie. I'm a light olive skinned NC30 and this color looks very nice. It does not look fake or weird at all on my skintone. I'll admit that i only wear this shade when i go out at night, since i'm too chicken to wear in during the day.I've worn this two ways, the first with burgundy lipliner also by MAC, and just by itself as a "stain" and i honestly like it both ways. I'm very happy i bought this and i'll thinking about checking out the other reds that MAC has to offer.

I would describe the colour on me as a sexy pin-up 1950's red. It looks so good with black winged out eyeliner. My first red-i love it!!!
I am rating 5 stars because of the color. One of the most beautiful reds I have ever used. It really lightens my face up and makes me look alive. I do not think it is a red to be afraid of as it does not make most people look garish.
For me, this lipstick can be worn, in the fall and winter during the day.
In the summer, I wear it at night sometimes.
My only complaint is that I have to look at my face after eating because sometimes it smears under my lips. Worth it though!

I loooooooooooooooooooooooooooove this color to death!!!!
It is gorgeous!! It looks exotic/sexy/feminine/pinup/dramatic/kissable/lucious
which is why its named "DIVA"..when i swatched the lipstick and looked under to find it was called diva, beyonce's song just came in my head.
This is soooo creamy, it reminds me of NARS "fire down below" but its a better consistency, its not drying
it lasts a long time!!!! TRUST ME
its a gorgeous color
the packaging is great
I would reccomend this if you're an exotic beauty looking for a sexy dramtic lip.

An AMAZING deep burgundy color that looks great on fair skin. It stays put for about 6 hours(matte, that's the key) and makes teeth look whiter.

the name sums everything up :) nah nah nah diva is the female version of a hustla..
i got this for a sexy photo shoot i have coming up, i have large lips and this makes them pop out really nice, the color isn't tomato orange and its not blue based red, its a deep burgundy maroon purple red..this color is definitely bold and looks sexy on dark skinned girls, or tanned girls but i really think this would look so amazing on a pale girl too. dita von tease style :) this color reminds me of the olden days when women wore the best colored lipstick, and a real lady wouldn't be caught dead without her lips done or her nose powdered :)
this also reminds me of california, wearing baggy jeans, a white beater..with a bandana tied in your hair, big hoop earings and dark eyebrow's...chola ladiesssss!!
my favorite eye for this is a neutral e/s like kid. paired up with a over dramatic winged liner in black. classy and gangsta all in the same girl.
