I love this concealer! It is really long lasting and it literally STAYS ON. It didn't come off when i washed my face and I needed a really good makeup remover to get this off my face. i dont mind, though, as long as it covers my dark circles beautifully. What i didn't like is the pump it comes with. It gives off so much product and alot of it is wasted! I really hope they change the packaging. This would be PERFECT if they did.
I should preface by saying that I think I was sold NW20 when I should have received NW15 but whatever NW20 still works it just doesn't help brighten my undereye area at all so that may be affecting my opinion somewhat. Sometimes I mix this concealer with my Maybelline Fit Me Concealer to improve the texture as it can be a little too thick for my liking and it seems to help quite a bit. I must say that this concealer stays in place quite well and offers a good amount of coverage. I wish that it wasn't in a pump bottle as I find that every time I go to use this concealer no matter how careful I am I always dispense too much (read: waste!). Overall though it is a pretty good concealer and one I think I will always have on hand.
Oh, I just love this concealer for my acne and scars! The first concealer I've ever repurchased, I'm an NC35 in colder months and an NC40 during summer with an oily t zone, dry cheeks, and acne prone skin. Sounds bad huh? When I first started using this, I had moderate to severe acne(accutane doesn't work well for me) with pretty bad scarring, and this worked with my makeup routine perfectly. I have moderate acne now(I've been taking better care of my skin, and eating healthy made a HUGE difference for my face), and I use this as a foundation. You don't need a lot of product, but the pump disagrees with you and it's a bit of a waste, but I've found that the pump works better after the first few uses. You need to work fast with this if you're using it as a foundation, cause' it dries pretty quickly and it won't budge after that. This wouldn't be good for dry skin though because it can accentuate your dry patches, but a good moisturizer and primer fixes that for my drier areas. The coverage is amazing, I apply with a flat top brush, stippling it on and blending afterwards, the wear is pretty good(around 7 hours for me with powder, I blot at the fourth hour, it lasts longer with setting spray), and overall, it is a HG product for me and I WILL repurchase again and again.

what i need my concealer to do: counteract my dark eyebags, illuminate my under eye area and NOT CREASE! i've tried so many foundations that have creased on me and would fade during the day that i am happy i finally found a concealer that does what i need it to do. i inquired the mac mua on prolongwear concealer and she applied it to my undereyes (note: i was already wearing a full face of makeup) and it looked great. i then asked her to set it with a powder since that's what i usually do and she said to me "i know this sounds crazy, but i don't need to. it won't crease, trust me." and boy was she ever right. this impressed me bc i already had on makeup underneath and if it required no setting at all then i am sold. for reference i am c5 in face&body and 5.0 in matchmaster, she recommended nc30, lighter than the rest of my face so that my undereye area looks brighter and another mua told me it oxidizes slightly. great concealer overall, however the one horrible thing about it is the stupid pump. lol, i need to figure out a solution for that one! in conclusion, i recommend this foundation for those looking for a concealer that lasts all day and is crease-free. continued >>

I think this is my 6th or 7th bottle. I use this product to conceal dark circles under my eyes. I am NC30 and have normal skin with dry undereye area. I work for 10 hours and this concealer lasts more than that. It is also water resistant so its good for wet climates.
For best results I found that:
- A good moisturiser is a must with this concealer.
- I need to apply it with a brush and tap my finger on top for extra blending and removal of excess product.
- Powder with a loose translucent powder - avoid over powdering as this may result in a cakey/dry finish.
CONS :
The pump dispenses TOO much product - you can never press it halfway its either a full pump or nothing - I sometimes mix the excess product with my moisturiser for a quick tinted moisturiser.
Price is okay - the bottle will last you a long way even though you would probably waste half of the product.

Great concealer. I am NC40/42 and purchased this in NW30 to counteract some blue gray tones emerging under my eyes and around my lips.
The pinker tones do the trick and balance out perfectly. The liquid is soft and pliable and easy to apply. Ironically, it also works well on neutral brown skin discoloration.
However, I hate the pump. It spews out enough product for our applications. I went to my local MAC counter and they gave me a little screw-top glass container, which works like a charm and is great for travel.
It is a little pricey for a concealer but well worth it for my particular skin!
Oh my god I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'D DO WITHOUT THIS CONCEALER. It's too perfect. It's so freaking lightweight and pigmented.
If I EVER had to answer that "if you could only have one makeup item with you.." question, it would be MAC Pro Longwear concealer. It conceals perfectly, and you can layer it as much as you want, it will NOT get cakey at all. It looks so natural, and like a second skin. No sparkles.
I'm not even complaining about the color selection because NC15 is pretty stinkin' good with my winter skin. It doesn't oxidize on my skin and its staying power is ridiculously good.
Also, I work in a kitchen with fryers and toaster ovens and grills, constantly on. I am surrounded by heat but even after 7 hours of that, my makeup is still flawless. That's saying a lot.
Okay, there's one thing I dislike though, and that's the stupid pump. I waste so much product because of this pump. There's no control over it.. and too much comes out. -.-; Why haven't they fixed this yet?
Anyway..
Overall, I love this, can't live without it and I DEFINITELY recommend it.

This is my HOLY GRAIL of all Holy Grail's when it comes down to concealer. Believe me, I am a concealer JUNKIE. I have tried almost every single MAC Concealer, Make Up Forever, Hard Candy's Glamoflauge, etc. Nothing and I mean NOTHING compares to this stuff. It is so thin yet super opaque and a little goes a long way. I am an NC30 and I feel like for some reason my shade in this concealer is a little too light, so I think I'm going to try out NC35 and see how that works out. My only issue is the pump can get kind of clogged and I usually use 1 pump, but when it's clogged I can't always get out enough product so I have to pump it a few times and then it squirts out way too much product and i can't put it back in the bottle and I waste all of it :.( When I'm paying 20$ for a concealer I can't really afford to waste ANY of it...so that's a bummer. I was thinking about getting a little sample cup from Sephora with a lid, and putting my pumps into there so I don't ever waste any of it. :D This concealer is virtually waterproof, sweat proof, etc which is absolutely essential because I live in Seattle, WA and it's very cold and wet which often makes my make up smear and melt away. Not the pro long wear concealer! This is also the only concealer that is thin enough to use under my eyes. It doesn't crease at all, which I've never experienced before. I have gone through 3 of these already, that's how much I love it. :]

My favorite concealer; however, the pump broke for me (which is probably my fault). It really does do a great job with coverage in needed areas, in my case, my under eye bags; however, if you put too much it will look cakey. I would definitely recommend this product. The price isn't too bad either... $16? I think it's worth it.
