This is a very good eyeliner. I manage to make any and everything flake or smudge off my lids by the end of the day. This is nearly as good as my favorite eyeliner, MAC's blacktrack. This Stila liner makes up for the teensy bit of inferiority compared to MAC with its smooth, even application and ease of use for doing cat eye. Also, it doesn't require me to carry a separate brush with me as the blacktrack does. I have had it for a year, using it relatively frequently, and it hasn't run out or dried up on me. I recommend!
Given the high reviews on MUA, I decided to try this and I can definitely say, I am not disappointed. So far, every Stila eye product that I have purchased has always lived up to its name. This liquid eyeliner has become my everyday eye liner product. I don't line my entire eye but only at the end and draw a wing. At the end of the day, there is minimal smudging due to the hot and humid weather. But for majority of the time, it is still good and fresh by the time the day is over. So far, this liquid eyeliner lives up to its name and has worked for me. I think I will keep using this and probably repurchase because of all the other liquid eyeliners I've tried. Thank you, Stila!
This is an amazing eyeliner and I love how its so easy to carry around. Unfortunately, without a primer, the 'stay all day' part doesn't really work out on my oily lids. It starts chipping away in a few hours. But a little bit of primer does the trick.
i was looking for an eyeliner that lasts all day without smudging and i found THE ONE. im a liquid eyeliner girl who wings out the liner and usually by the middle of the day, the wings are gone. they suggested this at sephora and boy am i impressed!! at the end of the day my wing is still in tact :) i love it, a little on the pricey side ($20 @ sephora) but worth it. i dont know how long the actual product lasts as i just purchased it. the marker itself is great, i find it slim and comparable to loreals slim eyeliner, but with a better formula.
i only use this when i really need my eyeliner to stay on, say at a pool party or at the lake. that being said, i cant say this stands up to ocean waves and salt water, as it starts to flake off. that is with a primer as well. i do have oily lids in general so YMMV. i would rebuy again because i cant find anything that stays longer. i love how black this is. one con though i personally feel is the thinness of the applicator nub. great for you girls who like thin lines but i do a thick cat eye 99.9 percent of the time lol. however it makes up for that by being useful for making individual "lash ends" instead of the regular cat eye end. you know, to make it look like your lashes are crazy long on the sides. hope that made sense. Another con that I've noticed it you really need to apply this quickly, as you can't just keep applying it over itself while its drying, it will flake/rub off on itself.
This is definitely my HG eyeliner. Goes in evenly, stays all day, & does not smudge. Though it's a bit pricey, I think it's worth it!
This is one of my favourite eyeliners. It literally is bullet proof, does not budge or run during the day. After a good 9 hours of school, my eyeliner looks exactly the same as how I first applied it. Definitely recommend to everyone who wants a long lasting eyeliner!
I like this liner and I am not a fan of liquid liners, almost always defaulting to gels. This liner, however, is easy to apply and so it goes on in a snap. The color is very black - something I am on the fence about ... but I would recommend it.
The best eyeliner ever. I used to be a fan of the Mac gel liner in black track, but it creases and sometimes I get it runny even with primer. Also, looks terrible after you've had a passionate night with a lover.
I switched to liquid for the sole purpose of not having raccoon eyes after love making (if I end up falling asleep I want to not worry about my make up so much running into the pillow. )
Stila does the trick. It stays on all day and it doesn't burn my eyes. I used to fear liquid eyeliner cuz the cheap revlon one I had didn't dry fast enough and I'm a go go go person in the mornings.
The tip is easy to use. Easy for thin lines and thick cat wings
It is a true black eyeliner. The price itself is a bit expensive, though with Sephora, you can always find some special package that comes with it. The application is pretty easy and smooth. Usually dry in a few seconds. I love using it to draw thin inner eyeline.
The staying power is pretty good most of the time, though i wouldnt say it does stay on whole day. On a normal dry weather day, I do see smudge around my eyes in about 6+ hours. On a summer humid day, i pretty much see smudge within 1 - 2 hours, even though i had TFSI on. So now i would avoid to use it when it is too humid or hot. I dont want it looks like I have used black eyeshadow to circle my eyes LoL
Overall, I would repurchase and have already bought a back-up, as long as i find it in some special deal from Sephora.
