I bought this because of the hype and it has live up to it for the most part. The colors are neutral and the quality of the eye shadow is great. The colors in this palette are warmer in tone so they are well suited for my blue eyes. The brush and eye primer are a great bonus with this palette and I find myself using them often. The negatives come down to packaging, price, and personal preference. The packaging isn't the best, for me I prefer a palette that latches, not a magnetic closure. The price is a bit high for a person who doesn't wear eyeshadow every day. Lastly when it comes down to it I prefer cream shadow over powder.

I loved everything about htis palette, quality and how it blends, but I wish there would be more colors I could use. If you look at the picture, you will see that some colors are very usefukl and some have just too much blue, although maybe they were trying to make it more suitable for everyone

Pleaseeee just buy this. I can honestly say I would be lost without my Naked palettes, UD got it right on eyeshadows! The colors are highly pigmented with little fall out. They're perfect for everyday looks or glamorous events; the shades all work great together and blend easily. The velvet packaging seems to get dirty easily, but I look past that. The brush isn't the best, but that's about where the cons end. Also when used with the primer potion it comes with, my shadows stay on all day without any creasing. It is so amazing, I bought the big size! Please just buy this palette! 12 shadows for $50 breaks down to $5 each, so it's actually an amazing deal! You will not regret it:)

I freaking love this! The eyeshadow colours are SO pretty and the texture of them is great. (not extremely powdery/chalky) The eyeshadows are very pigmented too.

I like this product but it has these colors that are hard to use. Its hard to combine them but i did find a routine anyways the packaging is so bad ! If i bring this on a plane it can open so easily and the makeup could get crushed and this is expensive makeup and i wouldn't want it to get broken like that . I do love the naked 2 though it has nicer colors and it goes on smooth because the naked 1 it didnt show up to good on my lids :( but it is a nice palette, just the packaging, price and not really pigmented :/

Ok, let me start by saying, generally am not a "bandwagon" person when it comes to makeup. And I prefer brighter colors, I'm not much on neutrals, for the most part.
I kept reading all the hype around this palette for a long time before I started to succumb to it & start to feel like I "need" this!
So, I started looking for BAD reviews, lol, but I really couldn't find any. Then, Ulta had a 20% off coupon that was also allowed to be used on their high end side of the store (woo-hoo!) So I finally bought it.
Then I waited over a week before I used it just in case I started to feel buyer's remorse. Every day I would look at it, just dying to use it, but I wouldn't let myself (I know, I sound a little crazy). FINALLY, I used it. OMG, the shadows are so smooth & go on like a dream! The color payoff is fabulous too! Who knew neutrals could be so gorgeous? The brush is pretty decent too, but I prefer a smaller brush. This brush would be better for blending than application.

I really love this palette & would buy it again if I needed to. Would definitely recommend it, for sure. :)

ETA: I edited this to change to 5 lippies after I found out that these shadows are FULL SIZE! So really, when you think of it that way, they aren't even $5.00 a piece! And when you think that UD shadows are something like $16 or so per shadow, this really is a bargain!! And since I was able to get this for $40, I only really paid $3.33 per shadow. continued >>

I was so excited to try this palette from all the awesome reviews..but wasnt too pleased with it. the colours have good pigment but you can find cheaper options that give you the same look. Also for the price tag..i expected more. :-(

I have had this for quite some time now as the one I got came with the dual end pencil eyeliners whiskey and zero. What can I say except that the eyeshadows are top notched: very buttery and pigmented and of couse beautiful. The only con I have about it is the packaging, as the faux fur gets dirty very easily.

Will I repurchase it? Probably no as I have way too many eyeshadows and the eyeshadows can be easily duplicated by other brands. UD products are also expensive in Singapore. This palette now costs $80. This is the only naked palette I have as I cannot justify buying any more neutral palettes and I actually prefer my Lorac pro palette over this for travelling as its thinner.

Why I took so long to buy this palette is beyond me! I am in LURVE! Pigmentation, color payoff, shadow quality, all excellent! Love that it comes with a small tube of UDPP and a fairly decent brush. I can see how the packaging could get tattered over time, but really, as long as the shadows are in tact, that's what matters. Even though it's $50, it's worth it and I would definitely purchase again.
