LOVE the smell! It's the perfect chocolate mint scent and tastes great too. It is really expensive, but it lasts a long time and works really well!

I just bought this a few days ago because I have heard great things about LUSH and I really wanted to see what all the hype is about. Lately,I've been on a lip-treatment rampage and so naturally I gravitated towards the lip scrubs as soon as I walked into the store. The saleswomen told me how this was the most popular flavor, and after trying it, I could see why. The flavor is wonderful! It's a mix of peppermint and chocolate and tastes great! When I tried this in the store, I followed it up with their Honeytrap (?) lip balm and my lips were really smooth. However, later in the day after I ate, and the product came off , my lips were incredibly flaky and dry.
Nevertheless, I am religiously applying this day and night. I'm a little sad though, because my lips were incredibly soft after I tried it in the store, but they haven't been like that since = /.
I am going to keep trying this, though, because I've noticed that it takes me a few days to get used to new products. For now though, I wrote that I will not repurchase this, but hopefully that will change.

i know that you can easily make your own lip scrubs at home, but i just don't have time to do that. Mint Julips is such a convenient lip scrub to use - it tastes amazing! i chose it because i love the flavour combination and the minty tingle it gives me. it's pretty cheap considering how much product you get and it leaves my lips so smooth and soft! now i just have to refrain from just eating the whole thing...

This tastes and smells awesome, but that about it. I gave me a really bad rash on my lips and made they so dry they actually bleed, even if i followed with a lip balm.

This scrub works great for exfoliating dry lips. It also tastes really yummy. The only thing I don't like is the jar - when I go to scoop it out with my finger and put it on my lips, it kind of falls all over and makes a mess. Everything about it is great, except that. Also, the jar will last a long time even if used a few times a week.

Mint Julips does well at scrubbing and it tastes like mint after wards. What more is there to say.

This is a tough one . I know this product is too expensive and I can make it at home. But I also totally adore it . I like the feeling it gives me when i scrub. I am kind of addicted . This product is indulgence. I love the taste. Its minty. I use it twice a day or more cause i keep it next to my bed. Once by mistake , i left the cap open the product got bit dried . So I just add little vaseline over my lip and then scrub. My friends think its kinda silly to pay money for sugar scrub. But I love it . I would buy it again if I am in mood of pampering, Trust me Its addictive.

I for one didn't quite like the taste. It does taste minty and chocolatey, but there's a tinge of wrongness in the taste for me. Which is a bit of a let down because if you don't eat it off your lips is becomes three times as messy as it was before.
But other than that, it's lovely. It smells like absolute heaven, and despite the fact it comes in a small pot for such a steep price, it's really packed in there and will last you a while.

First off, this product costs around $12 for 25g of what is essentially sugar and oil. This product works very well at smoothing and soothing my lips, however, does not prevent my lips from drying out later in the day. I never carry around lip balm so if I was going to spend so much on so little, I would prefer it to have a lasting effect. It does taste delicious though - like mint chocolate chip icecream (like they say). I probably wont buy this again because it seems like a very unnecessary product to have, and certainly not something I'd be desperate for. And if I was to buy another lip scrub, I'd try another flavour. :)

I really like this lip scrub. AT first I didnt like how it went on my lips cuz it just "fell off" when I would rub it, but I found a solution to that! I use Carmex first so it has something to stick on then I would put this over it. AHHH PROBLEM SOLVED. Goes on much better and the scrub does its thing. I like the feeling of it and the taste heheheh. Although its just "flavored sugar" It has other good oils that helps with chapped lips. I use this at least twice a week. Its a pretty big jar imo and will last me a while :))
