this brush is amazing...it has the softest bristles and....it does a really good job in distributing the product...whether it is blush, bronzer, or foundation...what really amazed me about this brush is that its high end quality and its not that expensive!!...i would defintely repurchase this brush if mine got lost or something lol :D
Firstly, i wont buy this again cos...well its a brush... there's no end to this.
Also there's no end to its goodness. i hv the original bodyshop kabuki brush which i use for buffing, bronzing and loose powder...and its making me feel abit messy.. i wanted another one to separate brushes for buffing and loose powder , and another for bronzing, so i bought this denser one...PERFECT buffing and loose powder brush. (i use loose powder as foundation cos i am firstly allergic to mineral foundation and secondly not very interested in high coverage foundations) So this is PERFECT.
its denser than the normal bodyshop (or any other brand i would venture into assuming) kabuki brush. So this is better for buffing. Afterall you can have the softest and roundest kabuki brush. But as far as this is concerned, its always the denser the better :D
And its so small, so tts good for storage and good for focus. Normal kabuki brush sizes can be a little too big. When you buff in say,...a bronzer, it can be spreaded on other areas where you don't want it to be. And when i do makeup, it has to be high precision within a certain amount of time cos i treasure my sleep more than anything.
all in all, LOVE this brush :D
After reading all these reviews I went out and bought this brush. It's amazingly soft and doesn't irritate sensitive skin. It's great at easily buffing in my MAC Studio Fix Powder Foundation leaving a flawless finish. I love how small the brush is which makes it great for throwing it into my handbag. The brush did shed a couple of hairs but so far so good! Very happy with my purchase.

I like this product! i have actually just started using it, But the biggest problem of all is it takes super long to dry as because of it's dense and soft hair. Other than that, this gives a perfect coverage, you can barely tell a difference after using this Kabuki Brush unlike other brush or flat top brush.
This is definitely recommended for beginners using a Kabuki Brush. Defo worth it.

This brush is great: very soft, dense and picks up enough powder. I use it for face powder and blush and it buffs it in very effectively. I like that it is not too domed but flat enough for buffing. I haven't had the brush for more than a couple of moths but I already noticed a bit of shedding (10-12 hairs). not too happy about that but I hope the amount will not increase with age. Still a great brush - one of the best out there.
I love The Body Shop!!, but then I haven't tried their Mineral Foundation Brush. Some of my friend best recommend it to me however I think the one that I'm using is great already so why change it?right.but then again since my friends love it I think its just right to give credit to the product..3 thumbs up for this one
The Body Shop Mineral Foundation brush was released with the Mineral Powder foundation. Made out of synthetic hair (not natural bristles), this brush is amazingly soft to the touch and on my skin! I have skin so sensitive that it almost immediately goes red as soon as I have something rough brush against my skin. And using mineral powder foundation that requires buffing into the skin, this brush is god-sent! This brush picks up the right amount of product, no irritation AND no shedding too! A pretty affordable price (retails for NZD$38) for the quality that you pay for. Def will buy again!

I love this brush! Super soft and DENSE! The only con is the price, but I have a feeling it will last for a long time. It's synthetic so it's cruelty free, which is a great! It buffs mineral foundation well and feels so good on my face. This also comes in a smaller size for blush. I love that one as well and I feel like it is denser than this. It's sad though that there are no reviews for that one, yet. The blush kabuki gets 5 stars as well. Love these two!
For softness, hardiness and value for money, this synthetic Kabuki brush is the way to go! I've lots of expensive high end Kabuki brushes (MAC, MUFE, Bobbi Brown, Chanel etc) but this is the one I reach for every day. However high quality they are, natural bristles just don't match the softness of this humble buffer Kabuki brush. Even if natural hair brushes feel soft on the side when they're stroked across your face, when you buff using the actual flat or rounded head of a natural hair Kabuki brush (the "working" surface) they all end up feeling a bit abrasive or scratchy. But not this one.
I love this brush because it's relatively cheap, sturdy and easily available. I hate having to bend over backwards to pander to expensive brushes. Wash carefully, shape the bristles.... yawn. Whilst I might not chuck my brushes around the street like a hockey puck, I still want to be able to use them every day, wash them once a week hygenically in warm water and detergent , leave to dry overnight and come to use them in the morning. There are all these rules for expensive brushes: don't let the water seep into the ferrule, dry upside down, reshape the brushes when damp, use a brush guard, don't hurt its feelings, buy it chocolates and roses.......I don't wanna be tiptoing around my make-up brushes worried that they're gonna get their feelings hurt like some precious diva.
This brush is sturdy, holds up well and after two years of weekly washing is still going strong. No special arrangements. I use it to apply and blend liquid foundation and it's the best foundation brush EVER. I use Estee Lauder Doublewear, a tenacious beast which would damage the bristles of lesser brushes but The Body Shop's Mineral Kabuki brush performs admirably. It's a no-brainer, high performer.
It does occasionally shed hairs but nothing that bothers me and after two years it's still full and dense. I reckon it'll last at least another two years (probably even more, who knows?) and then I'll be happy to have got my money's worth and repurchase in the future. One minor gripe is that the plastic wallet it comes in is a lousy carrying case. To be honest, if I was the Body Shop, I would save plastic and not bother with it.
Pick up the blusher brush in the same range, it's just as good with a smaller head for cream blushes/highlighters/bronzers.
