Oooo how I love the Daily Microfoliant. It really brightens, smoothes, softens, clears my skin perfectly. I have oily, but somewhat dehydrated skin (crazily enough) and this works perfectly without irrating my skin one bit. A little goes a long way, you just put about a teaspoon full in the palm of your hand, add a bit of warm water and then rub on your face for about a minute. You can even leave it on your face for 5 minutes as a sort of mini mask. The only downfall is that it's really expensive, but I will be repurchasing since I cannot seem to find a cheaper alternative!

Just make sure you use it right.....cleanse first, microfoliate for at least 1 minute (10 minutes as a mask is better), wash of and moisturize. continued >>

I really love this product, but I have a hard time using it at home. I never get the correct amount and feel as though I'm wasting it. Whenever I go in for a facial she always uses it, and I love it. I think of it as a treat; but I will not buy it again. Daily I use Aveda Botanical Kinetics Exfoliant.

This is an awesome product, definately a holy grail product for me. The call it daily mircofoliant because unlike some of the other scrubs on the market that you can only use like ever other day, this one you can use daily. It is a powder formulation that is designed to be used on a damp face. Your skin feels so nice after you have finished using it. I cant say enough nice things about it. If it is within your means try this product you won't be disappointed.

My HG cleanser/scrub, along with Clinique's pepperminty scrub. I starting using this as I wanted to stop using the Clinique mechanical one every day, and also liked the reports of imparting a radiance to skin. Because you use so little, it lasts aaages (I use it 5/6 days a week) and I've had the same bottle for about four months! The consistency is lovely, my skin looks lovely, and I don't get any flakies or dry skin. Having very reactive skin, I get no breakout problems with this. I also love the dispenser - never had any moisture get inside, but be aware that if you decant it into a smaller container (for gym, travel, etc) the reason it stays dry is that it has one of those little silica packets inside - you'll need to put one in your new container too!

I've been using this more than a year, and I am very satisfied with it.
First of all, I have acne prone skin and breakout very very easily in any products. Also my skin is sensitive and oily.
Because of hormonal acnes, I need to exfoliate my dead skin regularly, IN A VERY CAREFULLY.
I like this product, because it gently removes my dead skin surface.
I will buy it again, and it is definitely my HG.

I have mixed feelings aboiut this - i love love love it at first, but after about a week of consecutive use my skin was red and irritated and itchy. Definitely not for those sensitive or rosacea skin. However, i think this really helps with pigmentation and gives a beautiful smooth silky finish to the skin. Right now im using it about 3 times a week and that seems to be working for me.

This is not gentle at all. The first few times I used this, it was slightly drying but gave a nice brightening effect. However after awhile, my skin reacted to this even though I tried diluting it by using less powder and more water. Dried me out and made my face itch even after washing off. This seems better for much hardier and oilier skins, even then I don't see how it would be healthy at all for the skin to be using this everyday - it feels very stripping. The dispensing is also really tricky. Hyper sensitive types beware of this.

This is the best product by Dermalogica that I've tried. I have sensitive, oily skin with rosacea and I can use this every day with no negative results. I no longer have flaky patches and my skin feels very smooth. I use this with Dermalogica's Essential Cleansing Solution and Active Moist. It doesn't take much (about 1/2 tsp.) to make a paste so it's worth the price and should last awhile. Great line!

Fantastic! What would I do without this? Totally saved my skin this winter, leaving it cleaner feeling, brighter, and smoother. The price may seem high, but it lasts a long time- Can't live without this stuff now!

This finely milled powder is a great gentle exfoliant. I am 27 with moderately dry skin that can get dull and break out once a month. This powder you add water to and use as an exfoliant. It is certainly very gentle although every day seemed a bit too much for my skin. I have started using every other day or every 3 days and I get a wonderful glow from it. I have noticed my light sun spots fade once use regularly. A great product that one can use daily for more oily skin types that can handle more exfoliation or weekly if have sensitive dryer skin.
